You really don't understand, if the bad vendor doesn't get patronage and leaves the shop would be taken up by another vendor. Meanwhile the landlord's premise has other aspects of businesses which are independent of the shop, worst case scenario he converts that shop to some other use.
The shop was just an extra.

Here we go, If the capacity is rated 42AH at 3.7V, we assume all cell with 3.7v are in parallel.

In order achieve 14.8v, 4 cell will now be in series 4s.. then parallel, that mean 42AH will be divided by 4. That is 10.5AH at 14.8v

Hint: if you have a 4 cell rated at 3.7v 2500mah, it simply mean 3.7V 2.5AH..
Connect in series you have 14.8V at 2.5AH
connect in parallel you have 3.7 at 10AH

For power or energy capacity simply multiply V X AH
14.8 * 2.5 is 37WH, same as 3.7 X 10

What can I power with 37WH?

if your appliance is 37w.. this battery capacity will last only 1hour
If your appliance is 3.7watts this battery capacity will last 10 hours

shouldn't the current in parallel be the current of just one of them since they're assumed to have same current? so why divide by 4?

HOW THE SCAM LOOKS LIKE
Mr. A is in Edo and Mr. B is in Lagos. Mr. B wants to sell an IPhone and Mr. A wants to buy the iPhone so they strike a deal. Mr. A sends Mr. B the because he has promised to send the phone (way bill) to Edo state once he gets the money. Once Mr A sends the money, Mr. B starts telling Mr. A stories upon stories and eventually, he (Mr. B) refuses to send the phone to Edo state despite the fact that Mr. A has paid fully for it oo.
Mr. A then comes to NL and creates a thread and then the circle goes on and on.

Another Case
Mr. Brown wants to buy a camera from Mr. Smith who is in Abuja. Mr. Brown later gets an entirely different camera from Mr. Smith who is in Aba.
When Mr. Brown complains, he gets blocked on whatsapp and all social media by Mr. Brown! Did I forget to mention Mr. Brown also stopped picking his (Mr. Smith) calls?

And what about the guys who got scammed trying to purchase adsense and Facebook page?


In all these and many more, there is no buyer protection! The buyer is at the mercy of the seller who may decide
to scam him and go scot free. Phewwwwww
But with this simple and effective proposal which I am willing to test run right here, all these will become a thing of the past so stay tuned fellas

Your judgement is already biased.
You seem to see only the buyer as the potential victim, whereas the seller is at a more dangerous position, what if the seller sends the item and the buyer refuses to make payment? there was a recent case of such, how many times have buyers used fake bank transaction alerts to dupe sellers?.
If a buyer is scammed, he has leads because he most likely paid into a bank account which can be traced. But what happens when a seller is duped? when he doesn't even have the home address of the buyer.

me being a customer of uba i know that they delay alert all the time that's why i trusted him and release the phone to him

even though you're yet to prove that payment wasn't made. you haven't really shown anything showing that he confirmed not making the payment, at least share your Facebook conversation with him or anything else.
We have to be careful with media trials especially when there's no hard evidence to show that the other party really committed the offence, anyone can come on social media to make allegations out of spite.
