please can you be specific about the 200level engineering questions

Learn basic engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, strength of materials, ac and dc motor and generator, lathe machines, electrical circuits, types of rock, basic physics, Newton's law, bending moment.
You will find it easier if you read electrical or mech eng.

My brother move on oo...nddc is not transparent like ptdf...they have sent all the invites...it is 3days and each day is 6 sessions...1HOUR 50 questions....
For the engineers, don't pay for any past question...na scam....this is not dragnet...they will set pure engineering questions(200level).

From what I gather from previous beneficiaries, successful MSc candidates are first contacted by CSC before PhD usually a couple of weeks after. Fingers crossed!

Only one person got provisional nomination for M.Sc by CSC here. Just 1?

The number of slots given to FSB was mentioned during induction (i.e. first day of interview): MSc: 20 and PhD: 31, total: 51.

According to what I heard in Abuja, the nomination is 18 candidates for M.Sc and 30 for PhD.

But might I ask if anyone has an idea whether CSC allows a change of course under same theme. A course I chose is not offered by the University for the session so I applied for a related one and secured an offer. Could this be allowed? Any history of similar situation?

So na so NDDC take run us street.. They couldn't post the list of successful candidates on their website as promised. The only transparent process in the application was the CBT. shameful.

That's for last year 2022/2023. Uptill now there's no news about interview invite or nomination for 2023/2024 which should have been done before now. Except if "Nigerian factor" took over, and if that's the case then focus on other scholarships.

The one I am referring to is for 2023/2024. A nomination interview took place last year november.

It is obvious they have selected all the candidates they needed to take, mostly those who applied to study in January/May 2023. They DELIBERATELY refused to make this known to all applicants; that is, for them to register for January/May 2023 intake in overseas. And I am suspecting that the reimbursement was mainly or only for the final successful candidates and not for all candidates shortlisted for the Oral Interview last week.

Anyway, I still congratulate everyone who made it this far.

Bros, this is not entirely true. I received the reimbursement on Tuesday last week. I was surprised to hear that mails were sent on Friday morning. I didn't get any mail. NDDC should release the list of successful candidates just like PTDF.
Secondly, your month of admission shouldn't be a function for your eligibility for the scholarship.
Anyway, onto the next one. peace.

I said, "I THINK a MAXIMUM of 300..." The population was not much compared to the number of candidates (3,000) that sat for the CBT in late November 2022. And considering the NDDC boss' statement about selecting 200 candidates, it is likely that a maximum of 300 candidates were selected for the Oral Interview. This is even believable due to the short timeframe for interviews - Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday (three days). The NDDC cannot interview more than 300 candidates at most within three days.

It's not 3 days, it was actually 8days. They started on Dec 5.

Does anyone have an idea if NDDC is through with the interviews?

Painful is an understatement considering the fact that I already have a PhD admission in the uk after 3 months of rigorous research proposal presentation and approval by my 'supposed' supervisor.I already had a valid ielts result before even the application process. It's 2 per state and that leaves me with a certainty factor of 0.032. Anyway, onto the next one.peace.

No they use maths + english + 3 highest subjects

They use maths and english + 3 relevant subjects( chemistry, physics, and biology or agric for engineering candidates). so, getting A1s in non-science subjects is redundant.
