Just reminiscing my past teen age when my body started developing to that of a female. Lol i remember how confused i was back then, i just felt i wasn't human . I'm glad i found about intersex and am neither a male or a female. Currently i now suffer from serious abdominal umbilica pain .. Intersex health problems no be here oh . As you are approaching 30, the health issues starts. Anyways i'm still proud to be intersex. When guys come toast me because i look like a girl, i tell them the truth i'm intersex, if they like me or not na their concern, i like being sincere. Do you know i always isolate myself and i hardly go outside because of the way people look at me each time i step out? I cant remember when last i stepped out. Just creating little awareness
Update: I didn't know there was a word like intersex before. It was my doctor that informed me. I was so ignorant of myself, i wish i knew before, i could have treated myself fully by now and live a normal life and keep the secret forever. Ignorance is bad but how are we ever gonna learn when in this country, they hide all these things from us??. It was even a foreign doctor in Ghana that informed me about intersex. Doctors in Nigeria don't even know what intersex is

Be strong and never let anybody or comment about who you are deny you your happiness. I believe what you have is called androgen insensitivity syndrome or Mayer Rokitansky Kuster Hauser (MRKH) syndrome . You complained of abdominal pains. Please go for check up preferably in a teaching hospital as you are at risk of gonadal cancer (seminoma).

I am an old member of this platform but I decided to just read comments and learn without registering after I left for sometimes.

But this issue has been bothering me for a while now which made me to register again.

And here they are these bastard doctors talking about CS as if it is as simple as ABC and they have a 100% success rate. They should tell us how many mothers and babies they have killed through CS too and let us compare between the 2 methods. For those who are worried about vaginal pain, CS is even more painful than vaginal delivery. Normal labor pain lasts few hours and then mother should be ok. But after CS, the pain is still there and takes months to heal, and you have to continue nursing the mother back to full healing. To do CS na beans? Do whatever works to save mother and baby but don't condemn vaginal delivery like it is more complex than CS or more risky. CS has it's own risk. I remember coming out of surgery and they had injected the mother with God knows what, and it reacted with her system so bad and went so cold and shivering like crazy, almost like she was going to die and you need to see the fear and panic in the doctors and nurses eyes as they ran helter skelter trying to stabilize her. It's not something pleasant to remember.

your case is suspicious of HIV o. Any diarrhoea lasting more than a month is one of the case definitions for HIV. The additional night sweats you mentioned is another symptom. But you may still be negative. The only way to tell is to get tested. And save yourself all unnecessary stress.
