Pidgin2: You think you are the only one that has traveled before? People have traveled out before you and still maintain their stand so get off your high horse and be humble. You posted a FAKE bank statement. There's no way a sane person will post his real bank statement on the internet where everyone can access it and if we can't get your bank account number, his can we verify it? Deceiver Laughing rolling on the floor. Hahaha . Why should posting it online be a big deal. You cannot trace it to me. That’s why I erased my acc number. You don’t have my identity. No one on nairaland knows me. In fact, I’m not a popular poster on nairaland like you . Everyone knows pidgin2. If you cannot do such, it’s understandable. My identity is covered. So how is it a difficult thing to do? |

falopey: Guy in my opinion you sound so confused. Free the guy joor.
Your first post implies that the guy cannot afford such amount in his account hence the reason for you to say he copied someone’s else account on the internet. That it doesn’t belong to him. Just because you think you as a person cannot afford such small amount of money or you think he cannot afford it.
Secondly, you are claiming it’s because he does menial job (though you don’t have a prove) .Thats why he has such amount in his account if the money is his. Are you implying that doing menial job is what can give him such amount of money, or that’s the reason why the money is too small?
Guy what are you driving at? You sound confuse to me because of an amount we have people with Times ten of it in Nigeria. What’s a big deal there to believe?
That’s the logic of those two comments you put up there. Bro, you have time to reply him? I used to have the same mediocre mentality about life until I got out of my comfort zone and exposed. He is making noise over an amount their politicians children use to throw parties in schools and give to their girlfriends. |

We balling real hard here with physical cash Stop this all Nigerians in America are broke nonsense. I have not gotten there yet, but I’m not broke. How much is $1600. Despite that I send money to Nigeria every month for special purpose. I still pay my bills comfortably here and still not left with nothing. Apart from physical cash in hand. This is what my bank account look like now. A screen shot of my mobile banking app. It doesn’t look impressive because that’s little money in there. Nevertheless, I’m less than two years in America. I know you are a rich guy. I cannot tell you I am rich. But I just wanna tell you I make a honest living here and I’m happy as everything I want is available unlike Nigeria without common constant electricity.

timesup234: Since your reply didn't deny the fact that Americans complain about their road then I think we are both in agreement. Thanks And what I said was, it’s not the type of what you call a bad road in Nigeria they are complaining about. Their so called type of bad roads are some of the best you have got in your state capital in Nigeria. Remember, America has the largest road network than any other country in the world. Roads are even tarred to every house doorstep. Not an exaggeration. I mean every house doorstep in America. Both with concrete and bitumen. You will drive and walk on tarred road into your living room. Is that what you want to compare with Nigerian mentality of bad roads. Nigeria will never have such roads in hundred years to come if you guys continue running the country the way you are right now. Dey there dey deceive yourself. |

timesup234: Funny how americans dont see their country the way Nigerians see it. Typical slave mentatlity. Americans complain more about their bad roads than we do in Nigeria. They keep renouncing their citizenship at an alarming rate yet African man won die for another man thing. Leave people thing for them, you will never fit in, they will always look you like a small little monkey You know what? Let me tell you the truth. In America here, the standard here is different from what we refer to as standard in Nigeria. How do I mean? By American standards, there are some roads that are deemed bad roads. Some of these roads I drive on every day on my way to work. They are bad by American standard of good roads. But the truth of the matter is, if only all the roads in my state of origin in Nigeria were like that, we would be thankful and our politicians and the people will be celebrating that we have good roads. Remember, these are the type roads considered not good in the US. The roads are bad not because they have potholes. They are bad because their surfaces are now uneven with contours and patches. Not very smooth surface. So your car vibrates while driving on such roads. Secondly, you need to be more educated on why some insignificant number of Americans are renouncing their citizenship. They do that for tax purpose. Not because of anything else. Business owners with businesses outside of the US are the major people doing that just to evade double taxation. I implore you to study more on that and get your fact right. |

timesup234: The funniest and most expensive joke I have heard from Nigerians doing menial jobs in the US. and earning between $1,500- $2,000, is claiming that they are richer than bank managers in Nigeria. I guess they make their money in America while spending it in Nigeria. This stupid joke need to stop. A Nigerian doing menial job in the US. at best can be compare to someone receiving 80,000 Monthly in Nigeria in purchasing power. A Nigerian doing odd jobs for 10 yrs will still be paying rent while a 10 yrs bank manager would have long built two to three houses with a lucrative investment. Nigerians in America need to stop converting currencies because it is clearly stated that if you earn $12,000 annually in America you are living in poverty I beg, which bank manager are you talking about? Is it Otapete community bank manager or just any bank manager. How many of those bank manager are living within their income, not cut corners and not using their position to embezzle and secure bank loans for their personal use? I bet you NONE. They built those houses and investment using bank loans. No bank manager or top bank staff solely depends on his salary but bank loan. |

claremont: You are contradicting yourself here.
I Name the company. So that you can apply abi? Ok let me help a brother by naming just one which in my opinion is the least of them. You can be making package delivery for amazon if you have a car and tax id number. You don't have to be legal before you can legally have a tax id and a car. You can be doing this while you are busy at other things. I just said this so that you guy should understand I know what I'm saying. Amazon only ask for social security number, but when you offer them your tax id number, they accept it. Remember this is one of the jobs Americans don't wanna do. But you can do it while doing other jobs. You know how many Nigerian illegals that I know working for them using tax id? Of course you people don't know what tax id is. That's why I said if you don't have your hands on the proper information, you will only be going by popular beliefs that certain things are not possible. Until you meet the actual people. |

You dey US, you no know how things dey run. How illegals dey drive, open bank account, rent apartments and have access to healthcare so far they can pay out of their pockets. All legally. All na by proper information. Only those who are informed. I personally know if a company that couldn't get enough legal workers to work for them. Because of the nature of the kind of business they operate in. The government officially allowed the company to employ a given number of illegals because the job cannot be left undone so far they will be remitting their taxes. So many other organizations like that. Note: I don't encourage illegality in anyway. Just saying what I know. |

falopey: Mere propaganda with no factual on ground facts. North Korea possesses nukes, US does the same more than North Korea. Ok let's take nuclear weapons out of the equation. What else does the Koreans have more than the US than can give them comparative advantage in the time of what? Nothing! Maybe you would like to say they have the largest ill equipped foot soldiers in the world with military hardwares of decades ago. I clap for yah and North Korea. I promise you, majority of North Koreans will desert the repressive North Korea regime in the event of war. Right now many North Koreans want to leave and flee the repression to South Korea. But the punishment for that if caught is death. No legal way for the Koreans to leave the country except through boarder trafficking. Still many North Koreans are risking their lives to flee. Can you imagine a country that it's citizens cannot make international calls. No mixing with outside world whatsoever by it's people. Thanks to the regime. They only have three government controlled propaganda TVs. Limited internet access and site they are allowed to visit. No religious freedom. North Koreans don't have choice in a lot of things. You can live under such regime I think. |
