There is no perfection anywhere in the world. My point is Russia needs to step up in terms of assuring and protecting its citizens' human rights and media free speech without fear of arrest by putin.

If People were charged with felony. Then you need to look up for what you have to do before you are charged with felony. They were not charged just for protesting against a sitting president as we see in Russia. If you hi jack a protest and you start physically attacking people that don’t share your view or destroying public property or resorting to looting in the course of your protest, that’s committing felony. So not because they were protesting. People protest everyday. I mean everyday in the US. From one man protest holding a placard while standing at major road junctions showing his placard to motorists passing by to crowd gathering on the streets protesting so far the don’t resort to violence. No police disperses them. Police will only escort them to make sure it’s peaceful and not hijacked by rugs. That’s what a civil society does. People protest here everyday even over or stuff. Yes it’s there right. No one go about arresting them. But in Russia, you dire not abuse Putin. That’s a recipe for arrest. You know how many times people abuse Trump?

Why should People be arrested for exercising their civic right. Protest is one of civic rights where I am. How many people were arrested during a protest against Trump? . Oh I forgot that Russia is a communist nation where the rights of her citizens are thrown under the bus. Russia is one overhyped shithole with no guarantee of human rights. Of course women were wearing trousers under their flowing gowns in those centuries because of the weather. Then it was never a thing of fashion for women hence the wearing of it under their gowns just to protect their legs against harsh weather . Was it because it’s covered under their gowns? Then you don’t know. Also do you know how many women died as a result of over exposure to cold weather back then because of what they were wearing. I stop arguing against wearing of trousers after I traveled out of Nigeria and I myself started wearing three pairs of trousers all together just to be able to get out in the cold.

So why should I force any woman to expose her legs in a skirt under an extreme weather when I myself cannot stand wearing just a pair of trousers but three pairs to protect my legs. You will not understand until you travel to regions of the world with extreme weather. So leave it to God to judge them.

That’s statutory minimum wage which I believe is just on paper. All my life in the US I have never seen someone earning that so called $7 minimum wage except restaurant waiters because they earn more money in tips than in wage. Leaving tips after meal in a restaurant is part of American culture. So everyone does it. So you don’t finish your food and leave without leaving tips for the waitress. The tip money belongs to the waitress. That’s why they earn minimum wage. What most people I see earn (even a cleaner) is $10.
