as iamgoke has rightly said luggage is luggage both in singular and plural form dont ever add (s) to any uncountable noun
with this we are left with 2 options A and C.
option A is not correct because determinant (many) can only be use for countable/count noun e.g (1)he has many cars. (2) we have too many women on this forum
Determinant a lot can be use with uncountable noun eg. a lot of luggage, a lot of money, a lot of water.
Therefore, option C is correct. A lot of luggage

I hope you know that Iron rust is Hydrated Iron(III) Oxide,

Fe2O3. nH2O

Ofcourse,the compound is basic in nature because metals(iron in this case) generally react with oxygen to produce basic oxides.......which when reacted with acids give salt and water.

I think that the answer should be be NO2, because ordinary NO will firstly have to react with air in order to form a brown gas. So NO2 is acid anhydrid which can dissolve in water to form HNO3 and further react with certain metals or componds to form its salt and by the use of acidified iron(ii)tetraoxosulphate(vi)salt by slanting the tube a brow ring is formed.

I can guess that the recent answer to this is not well detail I should say not correct.
One thing I will add before my point is °all necessary parameters are giving in the question already°
So knowing our V(supplied)=240 and V(deposited)=220 and I=20. Note this °it's because of the resistance present in the generator that made the voltage fall.
So from this relation •power=iv•
Here we go power(ratio)= power(supplied)/power(dissipated)
So we can say p=IV(supplied)/IV(dissipated)
°I is common so we got 240/220=12:11

Very correct.....according to ONE TIME SUCCESS IN JAMB and my physics teacher as well....

REASON:
The reaction with tetraoxosulphate(vi)acid and iron rust(Fe2O3) is an acid-base reaction or neutralisation reaction because SALT...Fe2(SO4)3... and WATER is formed.

Equation of the reaction:

3H2SO4(aq) plus Fe2O3(s) ---> Fe2(SO4)3(aq) plus 3H2O
