Saturday, April 30 You Are More Than A Conqueror Romans 8:37; 2 Corinthians 2:14 Romans 8:37 "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." Our opening Scripture tells us that the man in Christ is more than a conqueror through Christ that loved us and gave Himself for our redemption. The reason you are more than a conqueror in Christ is because Jesus Christ gave Himself for you, that you might live in victory. It was God’s love that compelled Him to take our place as Substitute and Offering for our sins, and by the same love that made Him a sacrifice for our sins, we are more than conquerors. Hallelujah! The Word tells us in John 3:16 that God so loved the world, that He gave His Son Jesus Christ, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Beloved, by that one sacrifice of Jesus for our sins we were saved from destruction, shame and defeat forever. Anyone and everyone who believes in Jesus Christ as Lord, Christ and the Son of the Living God shall never perish; shall never be rendered useless or worthy of defeat or shame; shall never be ruined. Beloved, there is no shame before your eyes, neither is there defeat to your account. You are more than a conqueror because of Jesus’ sacrificial love for you. 1 John 5:4 tells us that the victory that overcomes the world is our faith in Jesus Christ. It does not matter what the devil hurls at you, your faith in Him sets you a perpetual overcomer; an everlasting conqueror. Rejoice in Christ because by faith in Jesus Christ, you have been translated from the realm of defeat into the realm of victory. Other Scriptures for Meditation: 1 John 5:4-5; 1 John 4:1-4 My Solid Front (Confession) In Jesus’ Name, I declare that I have been translated from the realms of defeat into the realms of victory because I believe in Jesus Christ. I am more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ who loved me and gave Himself for me. |
Wednesday, April 27 The Light Of Men John 1:4; John 8:12 John 1:4 "In him was life; and the life was the light of men." Walking in the supernatural requires the light of the knowledge of the glory of God. This light is the light of Jesus Christ, the Anointed One; the Living Word. Jesus speaking in John 8:12 said, "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life"". Our opening verse tells us that the Word of God contains life, and that life is the light (understanding) of man, which means that Word-light is the true light of life that ought to lighten every man. Hence, the Word of God is the true light of man. After that Adam and Eve had transgressed God’s Word by disobedience, the Bible tells us that their eyes were opened and they saw that they were naked. The fact is that they had been naked since God made them, but they were not aware of it for the light of the glory of God that engaged and preoccupied their consciousness. But after the fall, their eyes were shut to the light of the knowledge of God’s glory and were opened to the light of the senses; sense knowledge. They switched from revelation knowledge of the Word to sense knowledge. What Jesus referred to as darkness in John 8:12 is sense knowledge, which is the knowledge of the sense-ruled man – the man who only knows what his five physical senses tell him. But there is knowledge beyond the five physical senses; it is revelation knowledge of the Word that makes walking with God in the supernatural realm possible; it is knowledge of the Word given to your spirit by the Holy Spirit. Other Scriptures for Meditation: Colossians 2:10; 1 John 2:8-11 My Solid Front (Confession) I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ, that I operate by the light of the knowledge of the glory of God every day, and I walk in the supernatural, manifesting the abundant life of God. Amen. |
Only Believe the Truth Gen 3:4-5, Joh 8:32 In our opening Scripture, the devil deceived and lied to the woman that they will not die but will only become as gods if they disobeyed God. God had told them not to eat of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and that the day they eat of it, they shall surely die (Genesis 2:16-17). The tempter came with another option contrary to what God had told them. Temptation always presents one with an alternative to the truth. You understand that truth does not have an alternative because it is absolute, and if it is not the truth, then it is falsehood. There are no types of truth. Our understanding of truth may differ, but truth itself does not have variants; if it is not the truth, it cannot be the truth. Truth is not a concept, neither is it a statement. It is not a philosophy, neither is it a belief system. Truth is a Person, and that Person is Jesus Christ. In John 14:6, the Word tells us that Jesus Christ is the Truth. He is not about the truth, He is the Truth; and the truth is all about Him. Jesus speaking in John 8:32 said, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”. It is the truth that makes free. Again in John 17:17, the Bible tells us that the Word is truth, which means that Jesus Christ, the Living Word is the Truth (John 1:1, 14). Beloved, settle for the Word of God, refuse to be distracted from the Word. Whatever God has said in His Word will not fall to the ground. Be not afraid, only believe the truth. My Solid Front (Confession): I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ, that I have the capacity to believe the truth of God’s Word always. I do not stray and I do not walk in deceit, for I was born of the Word of truth. Amen. Further Meditation: John 18:37; 1 John 5:6. |
You Are A Bona Fide Child Of God Gal 3:26, Rom 8:15-17 In Genesis 1:26-27, God made man in His image. That image was thwarted by sin in the Garden of Eden. Jesus Christ came into this world as man’s substitute and offering for sin to redeem man from sin, and by faith in Him we are born anew from corruption into eternal life as children of God. 2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us that if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. The man in Christ is a new creature, with a new nature of the God-kind, and he is a bona fide child of God; he is not a counterfeit, for there is no counterfeit in Christ. Every born again child of God is a possessor of God’s nature. 1 Peter 1:23 says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever”. The man in Christ is born again of the seed (semen) of God, which is the Word of God. This means that the DNA of God, embedded in His seed (semen), is in the child of God. Therefore the child of God is not a counterfeit, but the original of who God is; an offspring or extension of God. Again, James 1:18 tells us more, it says, “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures”. The believer is born of the Word of truth. Also, John 1:1 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” showing us that the Word that produced us is God Himself, with the same capacity and potentials as God. My Solid Front (Confession): Heavenly Father, I thank You that I am Your child. Your DNA runs in me and I am a bona fide member of Your family. I take my place to fulfill all Your good plans for me, in Jesus’ Name. Further Meditation: 2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 Corinthians 15:49 |
Functioning Like God (I) April 23, 2016 John 5:17 “My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.” Ephesians 5:1 According to Genesis 1:26, God made man in His own image and after His likeness, to have dominion over all that He has made. This means that God created man to rule, not to be ruled over; He made man to dominate, not to be dominated. This is because God made man in His image. The image of God cannot be dominated by anyone or anything. Since God made man in His own image (His character) and after His likeness (to function like Him), man in the exercise of his dominion mandate, can only take his toll from God. God is our perfect example in the exercise of dominion. In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth by the exercise of dominion. He spoke the Word and ruled darkness and dominated the earth. By His Word, He called forth all that He wanted to see and they came into being. By that precedence and example, man (in Christ) is empowered to do the same as the image of the invisible God, who dwells in unapproachable light. Ephesians 5:1 tells us to be imitators of God as dear children, which means that we can copy and paste whatever we see God do. You too can rule your world by the spoken Word, like God did in the beginning. Begin to load your arsenal (your heart) with the weapons of God’s Word as you get ready to release the spoken Word to cause changes in your world. Lay up the Word in your heart by meditation and release it by authoritative confession. My Solid Front (Confession):I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ, that I function like God as I rule my world! I function by the power of the Holy Spirit in me. God lives big on the inside of me. Amen. FURTHER MEDITATION: ROMANS 5:1; JOHN 14:8-12 |
Friday, April 22 God’s Glory Is Who He Is (II) Exodus 34:6-7; 1 John 4:8 Exodus 34:6-7 "The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin…." When Moses asked to see the glory of God, God caused all His goodness to pass before him and proclaimed His Name before him. God revealed His glory to Moses as all His goodness and His Name; who He is. He proclaimed His name as merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth; keeping mercy for thousands. The glory of God is all that He is; all His goodness, all His mercifulness, all His graciousness, all His abundant truth or faithfulness. That is the revelation of who God is and that is the manifestation of His glory. From time immemorial, many have supposed God for a mean and harsh God because they are ignorant of who He truly is. However, when Jesus came into this world, He revealed Him as Father; He revealed Him as Love. 1 John 4:8 tells us that God is Love, and that whosoever dwells in love dwells in God and God in him. This is the finest and purest revelation of God because it came from Jesus Christ, the flawless, perfect and express image of God (Hebrews 1:3). God is not responsible for the evil happening in the world today, no! He is not trying to destroy people, no! He is not the destroyer; the devil is the destroyer. God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for the sins of the world that they might be saved. He is Love and the Father of all true lovers. Beloved, everything God is and has stems out of His glory. The glory of God is the manifestation of His mercy, power, wisdom, graciousness, faithfulness and goodness. You can trust Him with your life. Renew your mind to the truth of who God really is. Other Scriptures for Meditation: 1 Corinthians 13, Romans 13:10 My Solid Front (Confession) I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ, that God is Love and I am born of Him; therefore, I am a love being as God. I bear the character of my Father God in mercy, in kindness and in charity. |
The Supernatural Life (II) April 16, 2016 2 Corinthians 4:6 “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” I John 4:4 John 4:24 tells us that God is a Spirit Being. He dwells in the realm of the Spirit beyond and above the natural realm. He is supernatural by every standard. Again, in Genesis 1:26, the Word tells us that God made man in His image and after His likeness, which means that He made us in the class of His being. We couldn’t fellowship with God if we hadn’t been made in His image; His class of being. Our fellowship is with the Father and His Son Jesus Christ because God has made us in His image (1 John1:3; 1 Corinthians1:9). God made man in His image, a spirit being, as and like He is. 1Thessalonians 5:23 tells us that man is a spirit being, who has a soul and lives in the body. That nature or image was corrupted by Adam’s transgression at Eden, but Jesus Christ has redeemed it through His substitutionary work on the Cross of Calvary. Now, in Christ, man looks like God because the outshining of God’s glory and the express image of His person, Jesus Christ, has restored to man God’s perfect image. Whosoever is in Christ bears the perfect and express image of God (Ephesians 4:24). Living in the consciousness of this new creation status is the foundation of exuding the supernatural life. The man in Christ must fan to flame the consciousness that he or she is not ordinary, but supernatural by every standard because he or she has been born anew as God’s child in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:17). Refuse to chicken out in the face of trials. In Christ, you have been born anew to live the supernatural life. My Solid Front (Confession):I declare that in the Name of Jesus, I understand the supernatural, and I make gain by it in life. By the Spirit of God, the Word that goes forth from my mouth expresses the supernatural. Amen. FURTHER MEDITATION: 1 JOHN 4:4, ACTS 10:33 |
The Supernatural Life (I) 2 Cor 4:6, Gen 1:26 What is the supernatural life? The supernatural life is a life that is beyond and above the natural; it is not subject to the natural forces and laws that play in the natural. It is that life which lives above the domain of the natural. Yes, it can be manifested in the natural; yes, its effects can be experienced in the natural realm but it is not subject to the laws that govern the natural realm. From the account of creation, we see how God expressed the supernatural life as an example for us, as His image, to follow. In Genesis 1:26, the Bible tells us that God made us in His image and after His likeness that we might come into fellowship or partnership with Him. God exemplified the supernatural life and power at creation that we might come into the same by following His steps. This is the reason why the account of creation has been recorded. God made man in His image to be associates of the God-kind. 1 John 1:3 tells us that our fellowship; sharing; partnership; communion is with the Father God and with His Son Jesus Christ. This simply means that the man in Christ has been called into fellowship with the supernatural God. Therefore, the supernatural life is the domain or habitat of our existence. By faith in Jesus Christ, we have become friends, children; associates of God in the realm of the supernatural life. This is what salvation offers the recipients of grace, not defeat, nor shame, nor servitude. Beloved, you have been called to live the supernatural life. That’s the realm where you belong. My Solid Front (Confession): The supernatural life is a living reality with me now, in the Name of Jesus. I have been born of God to live like Him, as an associate of the God-kind. My life is supernatural altogether, in Jesus’ Name! Further Meditation: John 10:10, 1 John 4:4 |
The Blessing Is All That You Need (1) April 6, 2016 Genesis 1:28 “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Genesis 26:12-14 When God was done creating man in the beginning, all that He needed to empower man with to prosper or succeed was the blessing. He didn’t need to give man anything else other than the blessing. This was proof that all man needed and will ever need to prosper and fulfill their God-given purpose is the blessing. Beloved, the blessing is all you need to prosper in life. The understanding that the blessing of God is all you need to prosper in life will free you from living at the mercy of people. It will free you from the fear of man, which is a snare. There are people who are living their lives as slaves to certain individuals, whom they have supposed as holders of their destinies, and that their favour is their saving grace. There is nothing farther from the truth than this erroneous belief. You don’t need anyone who thinks he or she is important to succeed in life. All you need is the blessing, and that’s all you have in Christ. By the blessing, Abraham grew very old and was well stricken in age. His life was not cut short untimely; he fulfilled his days and God blessed him in all things (Genesis 24:1). All that Jesus needed to fulfil His destiny was the blessing of Abraham. As the Seed of Abraham, He had all His needs met so much so that He was a blessing to everyone around Him. You too have been blessed with the blessing of Abraham in Christ Jesus to prosper and fulfil all God’s good intents for you. Beloved, all you need to prosper is the blessing, and all you have in Christ is the blessing. My Solid Front (Confession):I declare in the Name of Jesus, that the blessing is working in my life. I have all I could ever need because I have the blessing in my life, therefore I experience unlimited increase in every area of life. Amen. FURTHER MEDITATION:GENESIS 9:1; PROVERBS 10:22 |
God Increases By The Blessing April 2, 2016 Genesis 1:28 “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Isaiah 51:2 Proverbs 10:22 “The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.” The blessing of God is the substance and cause of enduring increase. Increase doesn’t come by chance or luck; it comes by the blessing. Our opening verse speaks of the blessing of the Lord making rich without adding sorrow to it. Did you notice that it says the blessing of the Lord makes rich, not poor? There is no blessed man who does not increase consistently. The blessing doesn’t make poor; it makes rich. Increase is the evident and remarkable feature of the blessing. When God made man in the beginning, He blessed them to increase by multiplication. God knew that man couldn’t increase without the blessing, which was the reason why He blessed them. Increase doesn’t come by struggle; it only comes by the blessing. Struggle only leads to frustration. Abraham is an example of a blessed man. In Isaiah 51:2, the Word tells us that God called him alone and blessed him, and increased him. One man became a great nation by the blessing. That is the wonder of the blessing – Increase. The same was true with Isaac in Genesis 26:12-13 when there was famine and God said not to go down to Egypt, but that he should dwell in Gerar. He sowed in the land and he received a hundred fold, and the Lord blessed him, and increased him. As a result of the blessing, he waxed great, went forward, and grew until he became very great. That is what the blessing does. It brings advancement and evident increase. Beloved, a blessed man can never be stranded. You are blessed in Christ Jesus. My Solid Front (Confession): I declare in the Name of Jesus Christ, that I am waxing great, and I am going forward. I am growing until I become very great, because the blessing of God is working in my life in Christ Jesus. FURTHER MEDITATION: GENESIS 30:25-43; GENESIS 32:9-10. |
The Word Of Life Joh 6:68, 1 Joh 5:11-12 The Word of Faith is that which ministers faith, just as the Word of Grace is that which ministers grace. Therefore, the Word of Life is the word which ministers life. Jesus said in John 6:63, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life”. It is evident from the foregoing that the words from the lips of Jesus are words of life. In our opening verse, Peter attested to the fact that Jesus alone has the words of eternal life. These words are the words of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and of His finished works on Calvary preached to the world today. Paul speaking in Romans 1:16-17 says, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” He calls this Word of life, the Gospel of Christ; that is, the good news about the anointed Jesus. Again, Jesus spoke of Himself as the Way, the Truth and the life (John 14:6). Jesus Christ is the Word of Life. The Word calls Him, the Life (1 John 1:1-3). Therefore, every word spoken by Him, of His love for humanity, of His finished works on the Cross, of who we are in Him, of who He is in us, and of what He is doing in us, is the word of life. Jesus Christ is the substance of the word of life. There is no one who has not caught the revelation of Jesus Christ who can speak the word of life. Beloved, speaking the word of life is speaking by revelation of Jesus the Anointed One. This is what it takes to speak the Word of life. Further Meditation: John 1:1-4; John 10:10 My Solid Front (Confession): In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ. I commit myself to releasing the life of God as I speak God’s Word daily. |
Take The Word At Face Value “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” Num 23:19 Isa 55:10-11 Our opening verse opens with the revelation of the infallibility of God’s Word. It also reveals the integrity of God and the Word that falls from His lips. Beloved, God’s Word is infallible because He is infallible. The integrity of God’s Word is predicated upon His flawless integrity. God and His Word are one. God’s Word is as potent and reliable as He is. God’s Word is not some theory or concept that fades out or becomes obsolete with time. God’s Word is eternal; though timeless, yet very much timely. However, it is not limited by time. The Word of God is always true and does not change with time. It is not circumstantial; it is universal. It is not relative; it is absolute. You can rely on and believe in God’s Word. Trusting in God’s Word is trusting in God. The integrity of God’s Word simply means that God will not say one thing and mean or do something else. He cannot deny Himself; He is so faithful that you can bank on His Word. God is credible. Our confidence in the integrity of God’s Word is born out of faith in the Person of God. God is truthful, righteous and holy, and so is His Word. We can depend on God’s Word as much as we can depend on God. When we come to this understanding, it becomes easy to accept God’s Word for what it is and function by it in our daily living. Child of God, take the Word for what it says, for it is what it says. Further Meditation: Acts 20:32; Hebrews 4:12. My Solid Front (Confession): In the Name of Jesus, I stand on the immutability and integrity of the Word of God in the face of contrary circumstances. I refuse to waver. I take the Word of God for what it says. Amen. |
Friday, March 25The Creative Ability Of God’s Word Genesis 1:1-3; Mark 11:12-14 Genesis 1:1-3, "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light." The creative power of God is in the Spoken Word. When the Word of God is spoken in faith, creative power is released for performance of what it says. This is one of the miracles of God’s Word. The Spoken Word brings into manifestation what it says and also alters the course of nature to align with its demands. This was what Jesus unveiled to His disciples when He cursed the fig tree. In Mark 11:23 Jesus says, "For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."" This is the command of faith spoken to alter the course of nature. God’s Word spoken in faith, not doubting, releases creative power to cause a change. The creative power of God went into operation in the beginning, when He spoke the earth into being. God exemplified and demonstrated to us by the Spoken Word the awesome powers of His creative ability. The Believer in Jesus Christ can imitate God in this regard as reiterated by Jesus Christ in Mark 11:23. Again, Ephesians 5:1 admonishes us to be followers or imitators of God as dear children. Hence, we are to follow the same example that God has portrayed before us. This is the reason Scriptures were written for our example. Engage the Word and unleash God’s creative power embedded in it. Put the Word to work and it will produce for you. Other Scriptures for Meditation: Isaiah 60:1-3; Proverbs 18:20-21 My Solid Front (Confession) In the Name of Jesus Christ, I call every mountain a plain, every obstacle a walk-over. I decree prosperity on every side, in every way. Halleluyah! Amen. |
Leverage Devotional Friday, March 18The Supernatural Life John 3:8; Mark 16:17-18 John 3:8 "The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit." The supernatural life is that which is above the natural. It is superior to the natural life. Jesus speaking with Nicodemus in John 3 reveals the supernatural reality of the man who is born of the Word and the Spirit, which He referred to as new birth or being born again. He said the born again man is likened to the wind which blows wherever it chooses to such that nobody knows where it was coming from and where it is going. This is an amazing revelation of the born again man in Christ. Therefore, the life of the Believer in Christ is supernatural. In fact, the supernatural life is the native breath of the believer. As we find our place in Christ and get to know who we are in Him, we will begin to give expression to the Divine life to which we have been called. It is not enough to know that we possess the Divine life, we must also know how to activate it and walk in it. The knowledge of the dynamics of the Divine life is embedded in the Word of God; therefore, the Word is our manual for the supernatural life to which we have been called. The more you read, digest, understand and live out the Word, the more you will manifest the supernatural. Other Scriptures for Meditation: 1 Corinthians 12:7-10; Psalm 82:6 My Solid Front (Confession) In Jesus Name, I declare that I am born of the Word of God by the Spirit of God, therefore I’m of the supernatural Life. I affirm that I am supernatural. Amen. |
We Are Ambassadors For Christ March 16, 2016 2 Corinthians 5:20 “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” John 18:36 The Believer is God’s representative on earth; we are God’s plenipotentiary. The man in Christ is the image of God on earth through whom God is reflected and made visible for all to behold. We are the reflection of Divinity on earth, just as Jesus revealed the Father God. This is the true representation or identity of the image of God that we are in Christ. This is the Message of Christ which God through Christ Jesus came to preach to us. It is the message of God’s dominion of the earth through man in Christ Jesus. To represent Jesus Christ first class, you must know who He is and who you are in Him. You cannot represent the God that you do not know; therefore, functioning as ambassadors for Christ begins with the light of God shining in your spirit, through the Word. You can only reflect God as much as you know Him. We are citizens of Zion, God’s Great Country beyond and above this world; therefore our citizenship is of heaven from where we have our conversation or heritage. Let this truth be in and thrive in you until it overwhelms you. You are not of this world; you are of God and hail from above to establish heaven’s mandate on earth. That is who you are. FURTHER MEDITATION: MATTHEW 6:33; COLOSSIANS 3:2. My Solid Front (Confession): In the Name of Jesus Christ, I declare that I am an ambassador of Zion, God’s Great Country that is beyond and above this world. I am God’s representative here on earth and I reflect the values and virtues of Zion first class. Amen. |
Ye Are gods March 15, 2016 Psalm 82: 6 “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.” Genesis 1:26-28 There is a Divine side of man, in that man was made in the image of the Divine God and after His likeness (Genesis 1:26-27). The Word of God corroborates this assertion when God calls man a Divine name: “…Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the Most High” (Psalm 82:6). It cannot be any more proper to call the children of the Most High God, who are made in His image, Divine or gods. Jesus speaking to the Jews of His day claimed His oneness with God, but they were angry at His claim of deity and wanted to cast stones at Him. He then asked them for His offence for wanting to cast stones at Him. They responded, “…Because thou being a man, makest thyself God” (John 10:33). Jesus referred them to the Scriptures that God had said they are gods, and that they are children of the Most High. They just could not receive the revelation of God’s Word that they were Divine or gods. Man has a Divine configuration by virtue of being the image of God and the likeness of Jehovah. When you receive this revelation into your spirit, you will begin to manifest the Divine side of you. You will stop complaining about things and people around you and begin to use the Divine power of God’s Spirit and of God’s Word to effect changes in your life. Wake up to who you are: “….Ye are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High.” FURTHER MEDITATION: 2 CORINTHIANS 5:21; 1 JOHN 4:4. My Solid Front (Confession): I declare in Jesus Name, that I am of God. I am a child ofthe Most High God and Greater is He that is in me that he that is in the world. Glory to God! |
Redemption Is A Fact March 12, 2016 Colossians 1:13 “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:” John 3:16 Our redemption in Christ is not a theory; it is an undeniable fact. As much as the death of Jesus was a reality and cannot be denied, so is our redemption in Christ. The truth of the Word of God reveals that the new man in Christ has been delivered from the power of darkness and has been translated into the kingdom of God’s dear Son, Jesus Christ. Note the tenses of the opening verse; It shows past tense, not future tense, of our deliverance from the power of darkness. Our deliverance from the power of satan is not in the future; it happened when Jesus died for us, was raised from the dead and purchased us from satan’s reign. It makes no Word sense for the Believer to postpone his redemption as though Jesus did not die for him. Your redemption will not become any better tomorrow than it is today; it is eternal, therefore you might as well possess it now. If God delivered us from the power of darkness, why live life as though He did not. Why live in fear of demonic powers as if Jesus did not die on the cross to set us free from satan’s tyranny. Until redemption is accepted as a fact, the finished work of Jesus is despised. Beloved, embrace your redemption in Christ as a fact – a done deal, ready-to-use, ready-to-act-upon reality, and your life will forever tell the pleasant stories that you did. FURTHER MEDITATION: COLOSSIANS 2:6-7; JOHN 8:32 My Solid Front (Confession): In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I am the redeemed of the Lord. God’s Word Does Not Fail Isa 55:8-11, Luk 21:33 Our opening Scripture reveals that the Word of God is a missile of supernatural accuracy that cannot and does not fail, shot by God for a well-defined purpose. When God speaks, His Word goes forth to bring to pass His good intentions. God’s Word does not fail because it has in it all it requires to prosper; it is full of power to make itself good in every situation and against all odds. God’s Word cannot come back to Him with excuses for inability to perform. The Word of God carries all that God is and has; therefore, it cannot fail. God and His Word are one. The Word of God can do all that God can do because the omnipotence of God is inherent in His Word. The heaven and the earth may pass away, but God’s Word cannot pass away without happening. The Bible establishes the fact that God’s Word lacks the propensity to fail and therefore cannot fail (Matthew 24:35). Beloved, you can depend on God’s unfailing Word in the midst of shifting situations and circumstances. You can put God’s Word to work and be confident that it will always produce without fail. God’s Word cannot fall to the ground; therefore, you can build your life on the solid rock of the Word. Further Meditation: Jeremiah 1:12; Genesis 1:31 My Solid Front (Confession): In Jesus Name, I declare that my life is being built on the fail-proof, rock-solid Word of God, therefore I will not fail or falter in the course of fulfilling God’s purpose for me. Amen. |
The Power Of Revelation Knowledge March 10, 2016 Ephesians 1:16-18 “Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.” 2 Peter 1:3 Revelation knowledge of God’s Word is the access code into the realm of the supernatural. Revelation knowledge is the knowledge that comes to the spirit of man, unlike head or sense knowledge, which is the knowledge that comes to the head. The Holy Spirit gives revelation knowledge of the Word as we meditate on the Word of God. The productive, responsive, potent knowledge of God that always delivers what the Word declares is the revelation knowledge of the Word. Sense knowledge of God’s Word cannot produce the power of God. This is the reason why revelation knowledge of God’s Word is very important. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to unveil or unravel the Word to our spirit. This revelation of the Word to our spirit by the Holy Spirit empowers us to function in the realm of God and to participate in the Divine life. Participation and partnership in the Divine life is only possible by revelation knowledge. The Word tells us that our fellowship is with the Father and the Son Jesus Christ (1 John 1:3); therefore, God has given us the Holy Spirit to open us up to the Spirit Word to facilitate this fellowship. As God’s child, you can actually fellowship with God only on the grounds of revelation knowledge, not sense knowledge. This is the reason why we have to pray for revelation knowledge of God’s Word. FURTHER MEDITATION: COLOSSIANS 2:9, MARK 16:17 My Solid Front (Confession): In Jesus Name, I declare that I am of God. I deal in the knowledge of the God– kind, revelation knowledge. Therefore, I open up my heart to the Spirit of God to infuse me with revelation knowledg |
