Moffi is extremely technical. Very smart player, plays like Grealish. Just needs to put some finishing touches on his finishing.

Watching Haaland today showed me that Osimhen still has a very long way to go.

Say una believe say ayoze go collect red as a forward ?

If you do anyhow you see anyhow from the ref
Perez's situation is very different.

No intent, but watching the replay alone is like watching a horror movie. That challenge has caused career-ending injuries many times in the past.

Everyone, including the ref, knew that Perez was innocent. But, the challenge itself was too gory.

3 match ban for violent conduct.

If shoving while challenging for a ball during a set piece is a red, then Chiellini and Bonucci should have unlimited match bans and suspensions by now. I'm very sure senior players like Ronaldo or even Insigne would not receive the same treatment if they were in the same situation.

I am not watching the game but epl refs are worst when it comes to decision making and you know this .
Make it 4 yellow cards + 1 Red Card in first half alone. No EPL ref, no matter how stupid, will do that.

Apparently, after the first half ended, some officials went to have a word with the referee about his decision making.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by drDoom3(m): 8:29pm On Aug 22, 2021
What kind of referee gives three yellow cards and one red card in the first half of a regular league game? Five red cards in Serie A today alone. Serie A refs don't know what game management is.

WTF is wrong with Osimhen. Preseason he’d be all cool, working hard and banging in the goals…then the season starts and he’d either cup up injury and get silly and overzealous getting unnecessary red cards.

Such a talent. He should watch it.
Are you watching the game? The red card was for shoving his marker during a corner for his own team. Seems like the ref doesn't know what he's doing, or he's been bribed or something. That's one of theworst refereeing decisions I've ever seen.

Villareal can afford such money

I didn’t see the move comming in anyway ,was only expecting an epl move for Danjuma then suddenly they shock me with Villareal

He will have to fight for his place there ,they have so many wingers now .
They don't, actually. The only real wingers they have right now are Yeremy, Chuks, and Danjuma. The rest are either makeshift or still learning the ropes.

But seriously.

Why should we have Iwobi on the wings when we have Dennis? Iwobi should always stay in that 10 role.

Any team we faced is in trouble.

He has the skills, the touch and the passes.

However, his stamina, strength, and oositioning are still very poor from what I have seen so far in the first half. He doesn't look like he can last another 10 mins.

It’s very possible, the person should search for schools mostly historical black colleges and back it up with a good cgpa
After all, everything is possible.

No one is saying it is not possible. Just that it is highly unlikely. Less than 5% chance you'll get full funding with that score at any school in the US. You might get partial scholarships, with some having you pay $10k, but rarely full.

They were.

Lower level clubs were just more serious. EPL clubs like casting their nets wide without really putting their foot in because of the prestige. They know once they start really pursuing a player, media will carry it, price will increase, competition comes in etc

Jamb, Sat and Bmat question rolled into one.

Even the Olise being unavailable for selection due to no passport is fishy because without saying much I know for a fact that Nigerian passports can be procured sharply even overseas.
Even Giannis has Nigerian passport.

I feel like Olise has backed out after pressure and hype from foreign media and all. The guy feels like he is the next big thing, and he can shoot his shot with the big boys like France and England.

Chukwueze that Algerians caged twice? The same Algeria that Moses annihilated? Moses has destroyed Algeria, Cameron, Mali, Ivory Coast, ethiopia and most importantly won an ANC (on his 1st attempt)
With that same mentality, we can confidently say that Seferovic is better than Gnabry, Sane, Werner etc because he scored two goals against France that defeated Germany.

Awoniyi in Liverpool's training...
If Awoniyi performs well in pre-season, I feel like he can break into their team. Once Liverpool sell Origi and maybe Shaqiri, he has a solid chance of claiming a spot for himself at least as a sub in games. From there, he can keep on improving.

Rashford cannot do anything

He doesn’t deserve to go to this tournament at first
Rashford is fast.

His speed alone could have been used to torment exasperated teams at the end of games.

Personally, I felt England's bench were far stronger than their starting lineup except for some players like Walker, Kane and Sterling. That midfield of Philips and Rice wasn't the best. Rashford and Sancho shouldn't have been warming bench throughout. Reece James is better than Trippier even at LB. Kane should have never played up to 90 minutes in any game. Even Saka should not have had up to half the minutes someone like Foden should be having.

I feel like Southgate prefers loyal players he can control to better players that wants to do their own thing. His defensive playing style requires this kind of strategy to survive. He knows he can't tell Rashford or Foden to sit back and defend for a full half, and that's why he can't use them.

Sterling will disappoint you.

Harry Kane shouldn't have gone first.. that was the mistake
Penalty shootout isn't about who can play the best penalties... It's about who is the most composed under pressure.

Imagine Jorginho missing a penalty because of the pressure. Henderson was there, why was he subbed? Stones too?

You don't put that kind of responsibility on a teenager. We saw it with Mbappe earlier. There are some times that you just have to do tested and trusted.
