Pls i need an help.. my niece was refused dependent visa because her dad didn't apply with her.. her mom is a single mom and she's already in the uk.. my sister takes responsible for all her needs.. ukvi said we can put in for administrative review, pls help what docs can we gather to reapply?

Do u have to wait for auto command to press that 1,2,5,1 before card no or u just press the number immediately it starts singing?

I have a question pls

My pof of abt 13m was in lump sum, it will mature in about 8 days..i will definitely avoid d day the 13m was paid, but my problem now is 2 days ago i forgot I'm waiting for my pof to mature and i transfer 1m from my other acct to the pof acct, should i wait for more weeks and print after the day the 1m was deposited to avoid lump sum issue with the ukvi or it doesn't matter..

Hello,

Your brother needs to show he has sole parental custody of his daughter with a court order please not affidavit.

If he has that,i'll add that he should also include a letter of consent from the child's mum saying she is happy and approves the trip

Bear in mind the court order will be verified and worse now since the ongoing case with former senate President

Hello pls i would love to ask this question on behalf of my brother

He's in Uk already on a student visa,his visa will expire in January 2023, now he wants to bring his daughter of age 7yrs to the uk to join him. he's applying for the daughter alone without her mom because the mother of the kid is just a babymama, i read something about paragraph 319H of immigration rules against child trafficking..pls what is the assurance that the little girl dependent visa will be granted?
