the minimum requirements for governorship election is ssce weather making all ur papers or not. as long as u have the certificate. the mistake obaseki made was adding his bsc certificate. because he is not qualify even gained admission into the university.

obaseki case is more than UI confirming his certificate or no.t he has multiple case to answer. he ssce get comma concerning how he gained admission with three credits. he university result and even nysc all of them get kleg. UI needs to be sue separately for giving admission to applicant who didn't met the requirements. at least to teach all these people that, life is not all about money. the fact is, obaseki parents bribed staffs of UI for obaseki admission.
