best way to attract investment to REMO. youll have to sell some of the land(theres no two ways about it) the investor buys the farmland, pays indegenes to clear it, pays for cutting of trees and planting of crops, and from time to time pays for weeding. the indegenes benefit. the investor may even pay people to load the crops into trucks.

For us to build and fully take advantage of these fruit processing and extraction opportunities lying fallow in the middle belt means we must have to divest into large scale production and planting of these fruits (raw materials). Aside market,access to raw materials and labour are key considerations for industrial location. Presently,we don't have enough raw materials within to sustain such ventures. Citing the industries within igboland means we have to develop a raw materials supply chain that will deliver them from middle belt to Alaigbo.
