whether you like him or not, whether you are been sarcastic about him or not he remains one of the best governors that have ever ruled the state of IMO. His physical infrastructure is visible all around the state. Owerri, Orlu and Okigwe are no longer the cities they used to be. There is currently an unprecedented budding real estate business in owerri because of his special touch in the city. Though am not from the state but am a regular visitor and investor. In fact its the only state in the east that I have my investment. He may has his shortcomings n flaws but believe me that guy is visionary
