For those who are in, and for those who are on their way, when you go apply for your ss card, make sure all details are filled in correctly, double check again when you have your ss card in hand.

Dhs and ssa messed up with my name on my ss card, my employer tho was nice but couldn’t E-verify my identify even though I could work because of the discrepancy in my name(middle name came first). So h had to go back to ssa office to rectify it(missed a week of work). All the best to everyone.

Sorry for not replying my mentions, I was banned(twice now). Nice to know the ban doesn’t affect K1. More approvals we pray.

@legitbachelor,@drenimarcus.i read from a link on the uscis website that says we gotta pay $415 for the employment authorization document (1-765) form too,but from what I’ve read on this forum,I’ve not seen anybody talk about it,did y’all pay or our category does not have to pay that fee?
The code for employment authorization card is C9 because you are filing it with AoS, don’t forget that.

If you land in the States with age on your side and want to live a life of low debt (because debt is inevitable), then join the military and further whatever career you want after serving a few years or even further your career in it but you need to have sense otherwise you'll be discharged dishonorably.

An 0-4 officer in US military who earns 85-95k salary is better than a nurse who earns 100-120k. You won't understand this until you wanna live your dreams of buying a home. If you put all the discounts in things as little as gas bills, small as car insurance and big as home mortgage, you'll be proud to shout oorah. cheesy
Hi bro, I just sent you a pm regarding this, thank you.

Young man try to date someone of your own skin color for once or don't you like yourself? I'm sorry, but I see mixed race dating as a complex problem. One partner always sees himself or herself as inferior. If your offspring marries a White, your grandkids will be more white than black this means you've eliminated your race from your generation. I hope you're not offended, I don't mean to be intrusive
You are completely ignorant of the African skin smh

I’m fine. Thank God. We just got married and want to file for IR1 before 22 feb. I read on visajourney that there’s a waiver for spousal visa for banned countries. Our Lawyer will file with writ of mandamus
Okay good, happy married life ma’am, please make sure all flags are sorted before filing. God be with your family. It will end in praise. Amen.

Now with this law we will see who is really in love with each other and are willing to build the family together with an American partner in Nigeria or any other not so wealthy country. It suppose if Nigerians are banned, now they will do a Fiance(e) or spouse Nigeria visa, if the relationship is genuine. Others will start talking about love to German UK, Canada, etc. ladies abandoning their American "love".
You got issues honestly. Get a life!

my girlfriend is about to come down to Nigeria which will make it the first we are meeting in person and she intends to file for my k1 application, I hope one time meeting isn't bad or what are my chances ...she has a good job and own properties she's 54 and I'm 30, I really need help on what to do.
If she can afford it, let her come and visit and then file, then come back again before your interview. My wife was in Nigeria for my interview and I took her pp in. I noticed the IO asked me when she would be leaving then. But with the age difference, 2 visits to even 3 sef if she can afford it. Best of luck.
