I try to avoid buying fuel at Mobil and Total Petrol Stations. Their metres are always altered.


For those dispensing fuel, I always monitor them. I have seen a couple of persons who prefer to sit in the car when buying fuel. Such persons are easy prey to being shortchanged.

and who's to say the meters at other stations aren't altered too...
