Former aviation minister Femi Fani-Kayode on Sunday praised his first wife Regina Fani-Kayode, a Ghanaian, describing her as ‘faithful’, Igbere TV reports.

NCPC boss Rev Yakubu Pam, in a statement on Friday night posted on Instagram said Tonto was never appointed ambassador, adding that the public should discard the report.

The statement reads:

Minister of aviation Hadi Sirika has lost his chief of staff Ibrahim Idris, Igbere TV reports.

The Federal Ministry of Aviation announced on Monday morning that Mr Idris died on Sunday night. Cause of death was not stated.

Nollywood actress and ex-beauty queen Ibinabo Fiberesima his received her first doze of the COVID-19 Vaccine, Igbere TV reports.

The 50-year-old shared a picture of herself taking the shot on Instagram on Saturday.

She said,

“Just had my first doze Covid-19 vaccination.”

In 2020, the actress opened up about her health challenges.

“I went to England before the whole pandemic started, I had health challenges, I had to do a surgery, I was here (in England) trying to recuperate to get my health back feeling somehow and I collapsed twice during this pandemic.”

The actress said that it was a scary experience because the actors were trying to determine if she had Coronavirus, it was later discovered that she did not have the virus, but that she collapsed because of her mental health.

“They later discovered that it was not COVID-19, just my mental state. Everything crashed, at a point, but thank God I started with the Earth event again and started picking up my self again. My friends in Nigeria, I lost a few, not to COVID-19 this time around, but other things and they were close to me.

“I think all that badly affected me, but thank God I am picking up again, preparing the new queen for her journey because the Miss Earth is virtual again for the globe, so there is so much work to do now, I am busy again preparing that,” she said.

Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has said she won’t be wearing open body dresses anymore, Igbere TV reports.

The 35-year-old made this statement in an Instagram post on Wednesday.

She said no amount of money will make her open her body.

“Dear boutique owners when you come to me for influencing, please I will expect you already have an idea of my fashion sense.

“This time last year, the devil tried it. I woke up on the morning of that day feeling very uneasy. As I was about to step out of the house, something told me to pray… then I started praying aggressively for one hour after which I got into my car and left.

“So on my way to the market, my brake failed completely and there was traffic on the road, and right in front of me was a school bus filled with children. I started screaming and suddenly , my car diverted and then hit the bridge pole like 3 times,” she wrote.

Singer Davido has said that his colleague Teni chased him in traffic just to get a collaboration with him, Igbere TV reports.

He said, “Everything about marriage has been suspended for now,” the musician born Harrison Okiri said, adding that he was focusing on his music and business. The truth is that I’m still young and having the passion to settle down early is a normal feeling. When you meet someone and don’t really connect is a pointer of what could happen later in life.

“You can’t manage yourself into a life-time journey, you have to be 100 per cent sure. In my case, I wasn’t so sure anymore. There are some things I can’t talk about. For now, I have to manage it on my own.”

Big Brother Naija star Kiddwaya has revealed what relationship lies between himself and fellow reality TV star Erica, Igbere TV reports.

His revelation comes after a fan asked him what he meant in an interview he had with Punch saying he did not have a love life.

Kiddwaya replied the fan saying,

His words were misinterpreted hence his recent clarification.

Kiddwaya and Erica became an item after much display of affection on the season five edition of the show.

In November 2020, the reality TV stars traveled to Sierra Leone to engage with housemates of the equivalent of BBNaija in Sierra Leone and to witness their eviction party.
