Politics / Re: Jonathan’s Varsities: Buhari Returns To Vomit, Reverses Sack Of Varsity Boards by drizzymadbet(m): 8:52am On Mar 25, 2016
ENEONWO:
Buhari has not reinstated any sacked Vice-Chancellor. He can only reconstitute the boards (Governing Councils) so that they can kick-start the process of electing Vice-Chancellors. Buhari as the Visitor to all Federal Universities in Nigeria has the powers to relieve any Vice- Chancellor of his/her appointment. What Buhari has actually done was to allow the Councils elect substantive Vice-Chancellors before dissolving them.

That is the same reason why you would know that your dulladino is not smart at all. This council members know they would still be sacked after they elect a V.C and at that would only serve there because of their self serving interest, if not I don't see any reason why they should agree to return, I wish these councils have a union, they would have staged a work out and not return to work.

This guy of a president monopolises everything , that is why blunders like these would keep happening

All those who still say good things about Jonathan or compare him with Buhari are imbeciles and destined for hell fire! My anger is borne out of Jonathan's unconcerned attitude to many glaring cases of primitive corruption under his watch, especially the $2.1 billion arms scam, fuel subsidy rip-off and immigration job scam by Abba Moro in which many souls perished!! God is really angry with him and his sympathizers!!!

idiot have you fared any better under this leadership. are there no cases of corruption under this buharis leadership, the budget padding and the rest of it. Idiot today Nigerians subside petrol for the the government instead of the other way round, despite that we still buy petrol at 150.

idiot I hear you say immigration scam during gej, yea it happened, doesn't it keep happening , the CBN rip off where children of the political class were only employed, has the dullardino said anything about it. NAh he wouldnt , instead shameless hypocrite like you would be online defending them while they take Nigerians for a ride

so you feel a less human, standing in solidarity with a country who don't bloody care about you.

Madam the truth is that Buhari has so much double standard that a whole lot happens in his country that he turns a blind eye but would quickly show sympathy to advanced countries that value the lives of their citizens.

illustrate it this way: you have a father that doesn't come to terms with his family responsibilities, like paying school fees and the rest of it, Buh always loves paying ur cousins school fees and helping neighbours. would you respect such your father ? I guess not.

Africans should purge out the mental slavery imbibed in us, only then can we see the bigger picture

The gov't is simply part-paying what it owes them contractors in that specific case -- read again -- it matters a lot to those out of jobs, even if it means nothing to you.

I agree with the parts in bold though.

then the stupid government should come out straight and tell Nigerians that the 350 bill is the payment to contractors for projects executed.

if this is the case, this government is a joke, how do paying contract fees transcend to stimulating the economy? Government of propaganda

well truth, Buh common relationships are over rated especially made in Nigeria relationships where on first sight the guy wants to hit the booty and the babe checks out the guys wallet.

keep an open mind and enjoy the fun hanging out with someone special brings.

The truth is that there are no conventional rules that applies to relationships. Anyone one telling you that is not telling you the real thing.

I don't feel sympathy for any military or paramilitary personnel cos they are mostly guilty of human right abuses, and am sure your dad must be one no matter bitter and harsh my words might sound.

Assuming am a relative of he's am pretty sure I will still be in the same pains you are going through. May God help you people and may that be a lesson for us all who may in one way or other be in position of authority. power is transient and things can change quickly so much than we imagine

Nigerian youths are the most gullible on this planet, you argue, you spill blood, get injured, shot at by security forces, celebrate on the streets and get killed for these good for nothing politicians whose intent is to siphon all available public money and juicy positions in Nigeria.

I weep for this country, for the gullible followers, one idiot above is even given excuses for this government that buhari wouldn't deal with every bit of issue that comes up, the idiot forgot to mention that buharis nephew is among the beneficiaries. Buh the sai buhari zombies and idiots are still roaming the streets and losing the jobs the fortunate few have, Buh they are still here defending this useless government.

All Nigerian politicians are thieves, all of em ranging from the president to the least of councillors. All of em are in power and circles of power to see how much they can get from the system. The day we get that into our gullible skull, the day we would start making progress as a nation. F.u.ck PDP fu.c.k APC, Zap Nigerian politicians. They are all the same, Imagine wike advocating people to be violent and kill opposition while he flies his family abroad so that they wouldn't get hurt. Nigerians deserves what we get from their leaders

hate and propaganda swayed Nigerians against him, everyone has his flaws and Jonathan's was his over civilisim and gentleman approach to certain issues, that is why fraud was blown out of proportion during his ternue Buh that didn't make him fall totally.

Take it or leave it, boko was a political tool of the opposition in order to dent his tenure. No wonder then northerners never condemned the atrocities they committed because then the target was the southerners and Christians, Buh now the chicken have come to roost, the niggas have gone rouge, northerners carry the highest casualty now cos mosques and their markets are primary targets.

Buhari should get ready, I would give him a plus at the moment cos I think the war on terrorism and corruption have been giving a facelift but the economy is in Tatars

chinedu1nig:
Its not enough to state the rise in inflation without addressing the drive. Bloomberg & New York times can write as many crap as possible but the onus remains that we know the real cause of inflation in Nigeria... A basic factor to comprehend the wise and mumble jumble to fools (wouldn't waste my time analyzing to the fools).

Some folks have concluded on politicizing their future and i can only SMH for them. Nigeria is on the path to greatness we shall bear the brunt now and subsequently enjoy the light at the end of the tunnel. We will come out stronger and better God willing.

The only sustainable solution to problem is addressing the root cause and the root cause of whatever hard time we face now is as a result of dwindling price of crude and the inhumane situation our polithifians subjected us to but one good news to the cynics and rhetoric from international community is this; WE WILL BE POSITIVE, WE WILL COME OUT STRONGER AND WE WILL BE BETTER

My friend I wanted to cause you but I want to act civil and get your own view of things.
Yes I agree that we must have to endure in order to enjoy a better future. Now my question goes thus: what templates and modalities is the present government taking to ensure that in the next few years that things would be better. I want you to gimme a holistic approach which would involve all the sectors of the economy

Anyway I am happy that it is this same international media house that called Jonathan an ineffectual baboon that is still reeling out this Info on our economy else I know APC apologetics like you, hungerbad, ngeneukwenu and passingshot would have said that they where PDP sympathizers.

Whether you agree or not, Nigeria has been getting difficult for the average Nigerian. from scarcity of petroleum products to reduction of federal salaries allocation to Increase in taxes(nepa, bank taxes) a whole lot of damage is been done with the kangaroo economics we are playing.

When you request a consultant to give you a change on how a project is handled, you expect things to happen differently and correctly, Buh buhari and his gang of thieves have made everything worse:

-regularly scarcity of petroleum products (how on earth should I be buying petrol 150 per litre more especially. now government do not even spend any naira on subsidy instead they earn on every petrol consumed in Nigeria.

- Why on earth would buhari not pay salaries on time, I am a civil servant and during the past government salaries usually enter before 28 of every month Buh these days mehn if 10th of the next month never reach , guy no salaries for us.

-Things are on the high side, who ever gave them the idea of restriction of forex must really be worse than the ineffectual baboon cos he never knew that there is no way such an action wouldn't have ripple effects on the economy.

mess this country, we deserve the kind of leaders we have. How can buhari plan a Nigeria of the future when he's not going to be there ( in Chris Rocks voice)
