There is no law forcing him to attend to the patient. He has that option. He has done nothing wrong.

Thats not correct. That's against Hypocratic oath. It is also against medical ethics. If he is unable to attend to the patient, he must find another doctor to attend to the patient. That doctor has failed in his duty of care to the patient. However, patients and their relatives have no right to shout and humiliate doctors. In UK they have a 4-hour waiting period which most hospital dont even meet the target.

If all the subsidy money that is used to import the 8 million litres that goes to neighbouring countries is used to get more customs personnel that will patrol the borders effectively, there will be more jobs for people and our borders will be more secure against crimes and smuggling of other items. Alternatively, they could use the money to build border walls to protect us.

Most people do not fall into that category. Majority of the poeple are afraid of armed robbers, kidnappers, the lawless and fantastically corrupt police force, and finally, the shame of nothing to show relatives for many years of living and working abroad. Majority of Nigerians do menial jobs like cleaning, healthcare assistants, office assistant etc. Their salaries are not enough to pay bills and save for home coming.

Its very sad to hear what your sister has been going through. From the information you gave so far, i suspect she has an arthritis involving tje knees and probably the hip joints. It appears sje might have had some septic episodes in the joints following the introduction of bugs into the blood stream through the foot injury 3 years ago. They will also run some blood tests to exclude inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid, psoriatic or or even gouty arthritis. After that they will start treatment as appropriate.
