otokx: The simuli prog has since been terminated, it only runs the merit package. No news about Basic except that people are applying for supplementary/concession basic to year 1 admission when the first list has not been released yet. The basic director you know has finished her tenure of 4 years and has been replaced with her deputy.

eyah....I like that woman o.She is quite serious and harsh.She never take nonsense from us basic student.She wanted our best.

But Sir Otokx o....i dnt get,people applying for admission into basic to year 1? But the admission is not yet posted,is it that advert into the programme?....

otokx: There was an orientation exercise where the Admissions Officer spoke; even in your handbook its there, in the current advert for those about to enter it is there. The matter though has not been finalized but that is the worst case scenario.

But i thought the 180 is the minimum value needed to start the programme.Besides i went through,i saw almost faculties required 120..Sir Otokx,what do you think is up about this?

To say the truth,i didn't heard that....But a friend of mine then was like saying something of such,he said it will be used to screwed in students for the 2nd semester either to continue or to stop and not actually for admission.But what shall we do? Here we are Sir Otokx has been helping out with info,i think we should op around him for more clarification.

Even me too.I got a text from one Dr. Blessing,never knew how he/she got my number,she sent me UNIPORT ADMIN site,username and password,so i check and see if am admitted into the merit...if not,i should do something.

I have learnt many lessons from this thing call ''DESPIRATION.'' Nothing good result from it,it blinds you and leave you hopeless.

smartkid00: Ya 4rm ma observation,its usually abt 50 4 merit nd 30 4 1st supp list. 4 ume candidates alone dats around 80 in total,bt dis yr 80 wie admitted at once on merit,i hope ma fear doesn't come 2 pass(i fear dey hav admitted all 4 ume candidates).

Smart,take things in easy stride.Not your worries neither your fears can change anything on the list,it is done and it is.Be in the hope that others will come and sure your name will be in the book where it shall not be blotted out.

No! For the CBT before admission into basic school,all you have to do is to use any O'level stuff and JAMB past que/ans.When it comes to BASIC SCHOOL,UNIPORT is always looking for student.Peeps having as low as 14 or 10 do have admission into the school.Just do your best and hit above 20 and there you shall be.But to start the list,you should be aiming above 70.

Basic-student-to-be,
Start your preparation now,if you have the chance of getting the textbooks for the school.I kindly advice you start your preparation.I would have love to help any with textbooks but am not in UNIPORT rightnow.Get it from anyone else and push on with a mighty force.I kindly advice that you read BASIC TEXTBOOK inbetween lines.It is different from how you do your normal studies.Inshort there are so many things to say.....
