People on the fence are been bombarded with emails, SMS and calls from Uber. They want us back.

Like I said earlier, there are two side to the fence:

1. People on the Fence
2. People at the other side of the fence.

Whenever anyone join people on the fence, 3 people join the business and whenever anyone join people at the other side of the fence more people still join Uber and Taxify.

For us at the other side of the fence, the exit strategy was well timed. It is as if we saw the future when we are about starting the business and don't rejoice about people on the fence, they are busy re-organizing, re-strategize and re-maping their rule of engagement.

In the long run, except you adapt quickly and very flexible, you mightn't outrun some people currently on the fence.

People on the fence aren't sleeping, trust me they are busy resting, recharging, replanning, refreshing with plans of returning.

This is a marathon not a sprint.

All of your Analysis is largely still based on a myopic view which is that of a driver on rentals who naturally would struggle to meet up the weekly rentals whereas most driver partners who own their cars somehow find a way to stay and keep on keeping on it would not be as bad as you pointed out above.For those on the fence...una well done...keep observing....

The Association need go ahead and buy cars, rent it out to its members for 20-25k a week.

At least it would finally discouraged car owners from asking for 35k a week.

Way forward, let Driver Partner buy cars outrightly from car owners or go to car dealers to buy cars then stop paying weekly rental.

Pls house which is preferable cos I keep arguing this with my pal on this oil matter all 5w30 coastal , castrol and mile master and beside the car in question is a 03 model with a 1G-FE engine
