Can you provide proofs of your works? |
Buoyantic: c diz ibo man ..pot calling a kettle black * no offence on ibos o*Exactly, what point have you made? Chauvinist! |
payless: Good man called Rochas. This man deserves to be our President. Rochas is man of the people. He is not an ethnic or religious bigots.Gbagaun!!! Na so. |
O boy!!! Money answers to all things. |
If they cause this much accident in d day...I wonder what will happen at night..imagine dem running into residential area at night...@op...pls go do more research...asking dem to move at night for me is even more dangerous...it's not a working idea...
You took the right words out of my mind...When traffic rules can't be obeyed during daytime or working hours. Night periods would be like driving like "you alone on the road". I pity innocent sleeping families that would not wake up to their cremation because they have been burnt to ashes from their sleep. They should NEVER be allowed to drive at night and stricter road regulation/use should be introduced to them. Like, having all tanker, trailer owners registered alongside their drivers and in any case of such occurrence, the company should be heavily fined, company license or registration revoked or suspended, all company trucks grounded and then in a case where the driver survives, he should be jailed. |
Post the pictures of what you've got na. |
estatemark: Mark my word. This committee will fail before 3months because it was not formed in good faith and current members are just out to benefit from the money that will be wasted. The Govt should have setup a fact finding mission before amnesty committee. You can't say it any better than you have already done. The committee is doomed to fail. |
...And after the three months? |
Sincere 9gerian: The same Comrade Shehu Sani that has been moving from pillar to post destructively criticising the president? You just post like you have some better point to prove. How do you explain this statements from Comrade Shehu Sani's social media page? Just because one shows his public concern over an issue makes him a desperate job seeker?

He looks like a Virgin |
@ OP you should also know that the current security challenge within the country would have made the check points doubled up. In as much as i am not saying they are doing the right thing. |
nonysmith: reading what alot of us have said on dis platform; really half information or wrong information is dangerous....the corporate affairs commission is in charge of any and all registration of companies that intend to do business in nigeria...companies are registered under have part A (LIMITED COMPANY), PART B(BUSINESS NAME) or PART C(INCORPORATED TRUSTEES) ANY individual can register a business name but only a lawyer can incorporate a limited company or register an ngo under part c.....now as regards delay most state corporate affair branches have to send the jobs down to the abuja head office of cac dats why there seems to be delay...also getting a cac staff to do an incorporation is totally wrong and frowned at by the commission and NBA as a whole..infact if anyone reports dat staff he or she may loose his job..this is so as to protect the profession and prevent touting.....also most prices have been changed due to the new regulation that was passed early dis year..now dis should not be confused with the NIPC(NIGERIA INVESTMENT PROMOTION COUNCIL).....THATS ANODA GIST FOR ANODA DAY AS DEY ARE CHARGED DIRECTLY WITH FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT.....on a final note getting the incorporation done in Abuja is faster cos most lawyers dat deliver incorporation jobs swiftly send it down to abj for the lawyers in abj to execute....generally the price of incorporation depends on the share capital, the client and professional fee so i laugh when i see pple say i did mine for 45k and den anoda psn say 65 and everyone cries foul...i wud end by saying go to a SAN office and ask them to incoporate a company for you and den listen carefully to the fees they wud call......effectiveness/legal professional fee has no price tagIt's your opinion. Totally entitled to it. You either go do it at CAC yourself or give it to Attorney General of Nigeria. Bottom line is getting it done. |
quemark: Drunk, link me up the their staff dt helped u in the processing plsPM and i would refer you to her. |
ICEBREAKERS: Must I use money to open a business acct? It's not a must. Just tell them you wish not to use money and ask for other alternatives for doing that. |
free2ryhme: guy anytin is possible when u go thru the back door and grease some palmsSmiling, guy think of what you just wrote. Go through back door, grease some palm for a mere name search of N200? And how much would all that cost? Nigeria hasn't got that bad na. Believe it or not. All CAC searches are web based and not manual. |
nenepea: I want a name that's not common but that means something positive. Preferably, a 2 syllable name. I was searching for the name of an animal or plant that has a unique feature that i can use. I don't just want to go for any name but a name that can easily be remembered and will sell itself else i would have joined by Alaba brothers in the way they name their business eg Chymmex enterprises.Well! I had suggest u try Afam4evaDrunk enterprises/Limited. Very uniqueSo, you think you are funny? |
optionb2: I suggest you take things one step at a time; First, Start providing the business services you want to venture into and make one or two successful deals Second, With N200/N500 as i am being informed now, go to CAC office near you and tell them you want to do a business name search and the forms would be given to you to fill and you can submit and return to get the confirmation at the specified date given to you Third, It would cost you around N4,000 - N7,000 (though not sure but within that range and not more) to pay for the certificate issuance. That's all with CAC Fourth, go to FIRS office near you and tell them you want a TIN (Tax Identification Number) for your business which would be freely given to you immediately or in couple of hours or at the maximum 3 days (depending on their network ooo) Fifth, Go to the bank with your CAC Certificate, TIN, passports, utility bill and etc to open your "Sole Proprietorship" account which is a current account. I think opening balance should be between N5,000 - N10,000 depending on the bank because they would charge you; N3,000 Legal Search fee, N1,500 or less for cheque book and that should be it. Finally you are ready to do business legally and remember to pay your returns yearly to CAC and your taxes too. |
byrron: I still paid #500 naira yesterday at CAC's office in owerri for a business name availability and i was asked to check by next week Friday and i asked if they can check it right away but they said no that i should check by next week Friday. My brother, that is the Nigerian factor of most of our government owned/run organization. Normally the search can be done almost "immediately" that's if the network connectivity is in top speed and if not, it might take couple of hours. However, most times some people are just too lazy at doing the job they are being paid for to do because it's just a single search and would want to accumulate the search requests and have them all done at once. That is the reason for their 1 week duration. Be observant of the the print out copy of confirmation of availability they would give you, you would notice at the bottom and top of the page that it was printed from an online web application. Talking about cost, shouldn't search be N200? Well, maybe it's being reviewed upwards. |
gisoj: To open a bank account with your business name you need to get to Federal inland revenue service close to your address and apply for Tax identification number(TIN)then go to a bank of your choice. Without the TIN you cannot open a bank account. Other requirements to open the account include your business name certificate plus the form attached to it, money, your information etc. It's advisable to get the TIN like you mentioned but most banks don't have that as a major requirement to have an account opened with a Business Name. Basically, they might request for Certificates, ID's, utility bill and proof of business location |
momoohwos: Please I need info on the requirements for opening a bank account with my business name. ThanksGo to your choice bank customer care or better still google the banks name for their website and contact numbers... |
azeezakande: If u want d process to be faster. It's #85,000 for a million shares. #50,000 for the same amount of shares but the process will take about 6 months. & u still hv to wash am for the cac ppl after the process is complete. (5 to10k)That's outrageous! Mine never lasted up to a month and still costs far lesser than what you quoted man. The highest i spent was 50k plus appreciating the CAC lady and i needed no lawyer to draft my memorandum...well, its because of exorbitant cost like this i confided in someone who referred me directly to a staff there |
Afam4eva: I'm into technology products eg Web services, inventions etc.Ok...lemme think for a while... |
Afam4eva: It's not easy to come up with a name. I used to think it was. I've been trying to get a good name for my business for almost two months now but to no avail. Are there professionals who do these thingsYou're right. I had sleepless nights to conceive the 1st coy name i registered...What are you into? May be i could help with some suggestions |
CVHP: Can anyone be kind enough to tell me how much to register a Limited Liability Company with CAC would cost? The last one i did for N1M shares was 45k or 50k. I someone referred me directly to one of their staff. |
temisafety: I think ulterior motives is one of the major reasons they won't like to automate. After all, automation is much cheaper now and would make life much easier for themselves and for their customers. But they've been talking it and promising heaven and earth for like a decade now.Their Searches are all automated mate...please check your facts well. |
Wikileaks distraction again...funny so many youth are buying into this crap |
by the way, does the name on the TL proves he is a Nigerian? Mind you all there are shared similarities between the northerners and some African countries |
Who made him an activist? |
