Am I the only one seeing the fonding cycle and chl on queue since morning? If it's as a result of the gold badge, I will downgrade myself

For those using phone, make sure your phone has a decent Ram and sleek processor.
I don't loss my work even after I restart or off/on my phone, only if I switch phone or browser. 4G network is a plus too, as you are loading audio.

How can I avoid Fonding Cycle UK?

They are calls with higher time to work on.
Example: 10mins of fonding cycle call will have like 6hrs to work on while non fonding will have like 3hrs

I love working on fonding cycle(not the UK). My reason is because I pay attention to some of their business to get some idea I can start here in my beloved 9ja.

It's the quality rating. The number of 5s you get determines your quality rating

QA is adding badges now o. Who else noticed it. Just got a mail from them saying that they want to be keeping calls for there seasoned transcribers. Which mean we won't be seeing the same queue. My badge is Silver. Who's Gold here?

I got the gold badge and the email as well.

I just discovered I can use my earpiece as ESC Key.
If your earpiece has a start and stop music key, try pressing it while the audio is playing. It will pause and continue when you press.

Try it with your earpiece.

You can use your phone. I use phone from day 1 till date.

And if I'm given the most powerful laptop, I will drop it for my phone as far as Qa transcribing is concerned.
Though a bigger ram and sleek processor is an added advantage to be able to switch from dictionary, Google search, WhatsApp, slack etc at once.
