@K2039, you wey b say na Nairaland ur daily job. |
berem: What is the similarity between a politician and a pastor? They both lure deluded and lost souls to help them achieve their selfish desires.Exactly. |
Ikengawo: Why us Iweala on that list? She had Nigeria's debt forgiven by the international community and gave us a sovereign wealth fund so that we can survive economic downturnsDefinitely you've been brainwash by the pieces of praise she received from the said international communities and some Nigerians. Okonjo was a minister when GEJ allotted almost 1trillion naira for the security in the last year budget with notting to show for it. She was there when FG refused/felt so reluctant to accept Ribadu's report. She was there when GEJ tells Nigerian that without removing FS,our economy might totally collapsed. Etc and etc Iweala is good as economist no doubt about it, but managing Nigeria economy requires a thorough knowledge of the society and people within it. This and many other qualities are what Dr. Iweala lack. |
etim4uniuyo: Most times while discussing with friends in school, they begin to raise issues like my C.G.P.A too low i need to make at least a second class Upper degree which is the minimum qualification of most of this companies and now very few wants to be an Enterpreneur, please Naija lets change this Attitude.Don't mind those block brains you called friends. By the time they graduate, they will know that even with their good CGPA,they still roaming the street without jobs. That's why some people remains poor througout their lives. Lack of creativity and inability to thing beyound paper education are major diseases/problem facing fresh graduates in Nigeria. |
utumunta: Its glaring ds wman is seeking custody of part of Femi's money & nt dat of a 26yr old WOMAN dat she abandoned at 2.Seeking what? Do you think it's that easy to prevent a mother from seen her child till death? From what I read in the story,I'd a strong feelings that the woman didn't deliberately abandoned her child for whatever reason. Beside, according to her,she had made several attempts in the past to see her child. To me,she left the child out of frustration with the hope that the girl would asked of her in the nearest future. I've seen many cases like that before,it's a painful experience especially on the part of women. Let put ourselves in her shoes, regardless of'Femi'wealth or positions, she has every right to ask after the daughter she gave birth to. Remember Femi is not just a billionaire today, not even past 10year. I don't think she actually need his money to survive. |
coogar: this woman is silly! That is why you must read the full length of the message. Prior to this time, she has made several attempt to see her daughter. If you know how far some silly rich people can go to prevent poor from associating with them, you won't say this. How would you feel,if the woman in question happens to be your sister? |
Yvete: Its quite unfortunate that you mingle/interact with such ladies. Remember, you are what you attract.Honestly i don't really mingle with them. Once I discover you're not up to what I expected of you,of course, I will simple put you to where you belong. Besides, how do I know what they are if I don't interact with them? My present GF know this and she has improved and continue to. Note: I'm not saying I'm too good myself but some ladies(no offence please) are just too low intellectually. |
sanb: As Billyonaire said, may be you need to change the class of ladies you roll with...Thanks Sanb, like i said in my previous posts,it depends on what you call intelligent. I have many female friends and colleagues but only few of them are intelligent. And I also have many like that on my BBM and FB. As for the people I roll with,to be sincere with you,I've many intelligent people around me. |
Billyonaire: Your world revolves around the class you dealing with bro. Take heartNoooooo "Billyonaire", I said most and not all of them. It's not that they're not educated, classy or have notting in brains, but their major problem is too much social/fake life. For instance, some of them are quite good in discussing things that add little or notting to their life. |
Many of you guys saying intelligent, intelligent, if I may ask,how many single ladies are intelligent? It depend on what you refers to as intelligent. Most of the ladies I knew,I will actually give them 85% in terms of social life but when talking about the ability to engage in intellectual discussion most of them are not up to average. Well, my dream girl must not be too fat, short and average in look. Most importantly, she must be humble and ready to learn. |
I'm happy Blackface have already realised that there is a time for everything and that notting last forever. The point is that, the sudden braking off of Tuface from the group, was as a result of his natural talent in music. He did so when he realised his potential in the group. To me,he took the right decision. Besides non of them are too poor or broke in the music industry. Love you guys. |
@op, you need to take more research in order to ascertain your fact. It all depends on genetic makeup of individual to resemble either of the parent. I've seen many female children of the same family who were as dark as their father while their mother were fair in skin and vice visa. For instance,we're 6, 4males and 2females. One of my sister is very dark while the other one is light in complexion, two of my brother are fair and 3rd one is dark while I myself is not too dark or fair. my mum is fair in complexion while my dad is very dark. |

You sounds like a teenager to me. |
...lmao, funny! i respect what mr Aresa has said. this guy is a true Yoruba advocate. i wonder though if Farouk knows that Ooni is a.n officer of the church of england. the most pressing question is why would the custodian of Yoruba gods be a faithful of anglican church?
Farouk - Islam Martins - christianity Aresa - Traditional R. Therefore, the writer should also check the impact of foreign cultures/religions in his life. @ topic, every deity in Ife(Moremi,Oduduwa,Obatala,Orunmila,Oluorogbo,Oranmiyan etc) has their own natural places or places of being worshipped. I've been to the city and some of those places including Ooni palace more than three times and don't think it's necessary to convert any church in the palace to another Moremi place of worship. |
I support Keshi for not inviting Osaze and Taiwo. But at least,he should have invited Matins, this is because I don't see any quality strikers in that squad. we need at least an experience forward to inspire those guys he invited. |
@op, what if he just take you as one of his backup? See, fine boys are attracted to ladies, so you may or may not his only girlfriend. Besides, must he have to call everyday? |

Jarus: Adesina is doing a quiet job in agric. He is it for me.On what grounds? Useless ministry since the inception of democracy in 1999. |
NaijaNile: The problem with Nigeria is you and I...the unpatriotic and uncaring nature of Nigerians for our fatherland. For me that is the real problem.Although the masses are somehow has their shortcoming but since you and i the ordinary citizens are not in the position of authority to fix the problems, therefore on a more logical view, our problems lies with the leaders and so many other factors. For instance, who are to blame? A mother who due to her carelessness allow her little child to craw and pull down a neighbour's food or the powerless little child. |

NIGERIA PROBLEMS 1. We are running a political system that is not suitable for the society. Nigeria is too divers a country. Federalism can never work but regionalism. 2. Military- there's no doubt that military governments has caused a lot of damages to the system which could not be easily reverted. 3. Religions and cultural culture most especially christianity and islam. 4. External influence. People attributes our predicament to the leaders alone without minding the fact that western countries sometimes deliberately impose a bad leader on us in order to achieve their selfish interest or to perpetuate their domination and exploitation. For instance, SAP of IBB administration was a strategies applied by the west to exploit Nigeria. 5. Illiteracy. Illiteracy is one of major problem facing our country today. Although it has been gradually reduce but yet majority of Nigerians, even the educated ones don't know their right and the reason to vote wisely during the election. 6. Bad leaders. Here I'm talking about unqualified leaders. For instance, we have many people who are not qualify educationally, psychologically and socially to be the leaders in the first place. |
ilugunboy: I think it's time the mods get a better grip on this section especially on weekends..Honestly this section is no longer make any sense again. Aside this one, imaging a topic like " is it advisable for a christians to board an aircraft piloted by Aboki blablabla. This section is meant for mature people to debates, share information and to analyse issues that's affecting the nation. But it's unfortunate that some kids has turned it to jokes. |
calid16: This was our discussion today at a round table. Think of it, Azazi knew something we didn't. So I'm asking, as a Christian, would you agree to be piloted by an aboki?@op, I don't know how to describe you for creating a topic like this. Please think like modern man. |
