@op, didn't you have an office? Telling people to mail or called should be additional to your contacts office address and not the other way round.

You must have know that, due to high level of scams and other related social vices,people will be afraid of dealing business with you even if they knew you are real. Giving your office address will give people confident about your products. My advise though.
