U have been "copying" all your lives, from your parents, then your friends, to your churches, books, tv, everywhere, and now u are pasting everywhere...my pastor says, the bible says..... what do you say that is an original thought? Plus, you do not yet understand the concept of burden of proof. The atheist takes the default position that there is no proof, and as such we do not believe. We do not have to prove that there is no proof. You religious people claim you have the answers. The answer being Faith, that stupidly illusive thing which your god gives you and yet you are somehow supposed to get for yourself. If this isn't circular or nothing.

My summation. Your god is welcome to an honest conversation with me. Until then, there is no more proof of him than there is of Zeus and his croonies. second, if he does exist, his image is so mutilated that i wonder that he still knows himself. Man has created god, given him characteristics and put words in his mouth and called it the bible. Third, if again, ur god exists, i do not like him very much. He is partial, inefficient, insecure, chauvinistic and a lot of other non-admirable traits. So u see, we atheist rather be our own gods. If a god is no better than me, why should i bend my knee? You Guys!!!

Deep Sight: I think the point being made is specifically directed as those atheists who regard religious people to be d.umb people on account that they are religious people. A patently false assumption.

Beaf: I expect objective arguments, not wishy-washy sentiment. What I percieve though is that you have not grasped the full significance of events occurring around now. There are several battles going on and people like Tompolo have always been an intrinsic part of one of those fundamental struggles, but I will let you ruminate on that for a few months.

When you mention a cabal that stole 2.7trillion, how does that affect anything? Especially when GEJ was resolute in his demand that the vehicle (subsidy) for the theft be destroyed because it was corrupt? It is quite dishonest to victimise the finger that did the pointing; in fact if GEJ had not demanded that the subsidy system be cancelled due to corruption, would you ever have known about it? If GEJ had not opened up the black box that is the oil trade, what would you be complaining about today. Go and read the constitution thoroughly and when you are done, give praise where it is due. Past Presidents simply dealt with the mafia-like oil trade as they saw fit and in silence.

As for the US saying whatever, I cannot understand if some of you are blind or something. I will reel out a short list of US actions in the last month:

1. The US opens a consulate in Kano
2. US claims boko haram is due to poverty
3. US does not invite GEJ to G8
4. Powerful lobbies in the US argue strongly about labelling boko haram a terrorist group
5. US launvhes verbal tirade
6. US cuts oil purchases from Nigeria

All the above have gone on within the last 4 weeks or so. Again, I will leave you to ruminate on those things for a couple of months.
I laugh when I hear some of the things you people say on NL. Nobody can teach you to walk or run.

igbo2011: They got all of that by slavery, genocide and bringing hell ot everyone in the world. Look at what they are doing right now in the Congo, 6 million people and counting dead. If 1000 Americans died in a terror Attack people would want to nuke the place but 6n million die in Congo and it is not in the news. Look at Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, Libya. America is always at war for resources. Either through proxy by having other governments do it or by their own military. ince Independence America ha been at war for 205 and more years. The minute Goodluck disobey order the west will fund and arm Boko Haram, MEND and other groups to cause hell in Nigeria. It can be like Libya or Somalia (permanent war zone for resources).
