Modified This guy said that he baths at least twice in a day and I asked why he does that, the reason I asked him the question is because, for an average Nigerian guy that don't care about skin care products, over-bathing can be a problem, especially with hot water or harsh soaps. It strips the skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness, irritation, or even skin conditions.

I for one bath twice daily, even today being saturday, i will bath this morning and still bath at night, despite the fact i am not leaving the house... Mind you, my air conditioner will be on.
I have a serious confession to make and this has been killing me emotionally and I can’t keep it anymore.
