This will increase more production at home.

3. Empowering the government built universities to have their production industries co-owned by these universities and the state governments of the states where they're domiciled. This will also increase more production at home while churning out more talents.

4. Restructuring and Regionalism again. As I said, that was the major highlight of the country.
