I experienced the same issue yesterday, but it later stopped and it went very well.
If you can use a chrome browser, try and use it or better still try and re apply

I got your point sir, but all I'm saying is that the picture uploading wont give issue if it is well scanned probably in coloured, you dont need to convert to jpg again

If the error didn't appear when uploading passport, I won't know that you have to convert jpeg to jpg. Just type in Google "jpeg2jpg", it will bring diiferent options, click on the first site appear, uplaod your jpeg passport on it and it will convert to jpg. I was able to upload more than five passports for applicants following same step. Also, what you use to scan your passport matters, some passport are already in JPG, jus make sure you know before converging and let your passport be in the range size of 50 to 100kb.

Nope, it is better to do it using a system or better still, put your phone on "desktop view"

At the top right corner of the site, you will see log in, click it and log in first before you start your application

That we all know but for the purpose of this application can u please remove the e and resave it as jpg so that u can upload ur passport and continue ur application. That was what I did for the person I registered for.

How do i do that? The only option i see is png and bitmap format, i dont know how to convert to jpg

Passport was in JPEG and showing error that it must be jpg, I have to convert first before I could be able to upload it.

It didn't for me... The nexrpage after the bio data page always showing blank once I finish with the bio data page and o click proceed... Please what about now, have you try to go past that stage?

JPG and JPEG are the same thing sir...
I even make sure my passport was 50kb exactly at a point, and at another point it was exactly 100kb and at other point, it was between 50 and 100 and still I couldn't upload it...
I guess maybe it is because the site is not yet stable.

It simply means you've already started the application. Check your Inbox/Spam folder for the login details and then continue with the application

It keep bouncing back to the passport upload page, the passport is in jpeg, 84kb, not less than 50kb and not up to 100kb according to their instruction. but i cant upload.
