Later, thanks to Grandmo who finally taught me a different prayer that was not "our father who art in heaven" and that showed me that I could pray against those things that that came after me at night and it worked maybe for one or 2 months and for sometime thereafter, i now knew that prayer and God defeated those evil things and returned my sweet sleep back to me.

So, now, this is my list of movies which made me run to God and learn how to pray

I think wishmaster was the last movie i watched where I finally agreed that me and horror movies shall divorce forever. I no do again.

Just got up this morning and saw the ending part of the old Medusa movie and i remembered how even though I have never watched the whole movie even till now (either nepa takes light or i am going out with my people or the video cassette would twine or cut etc. something always spoils my watching of the movie.) but seeing Medusa just reminded me of the terrible terrors and sleepless nights i had growing up as a child (probably 4yrs) from the time i woke up to see that sweet thing called video player and colour tv and film eg Rambo, Rocky, James Bond, Sinbad, Sound of music etc.

Then one day, one yeye classmate says "have you seen Medusa? The film is sweet oo." Then girl classmates say "don't watch it, the film is not good. It is too scary. Me, i go hear? I must watch am since I be strong guy

And then spoil, spoil spoil i always only see parts of the movie but Medusa dodged me (if I remember, the film was even long before Medusa show). Anyway, i finally saw the long soughted Medusa and from that night, i could not sleep. Medusa tormented me. And Every night after that and probably after 3 or 4days, the evil bi even came at her will,months after I have even finally forgotten about the movie and i thought the terror was over. Then, she would unexpectedly come and terrify me out of my sleep.

And I did not know prayer or how to pray except for 'our father who art in heaven" which on the second night or even the same night did not work and had stopped working. Men i won die

Those things had me jumping up from the bed and running to wake up and hide under the adults (uncles and aunts and grandmo) living with us. And there was always no light that night. And it felt like bad dreams don't have power whenever there is light. But once Nepa takes light, gbam i must have bad dreams and terrors. And funny too, i never have them when I sleep in the daytime, only at night, especially nights when I am in the sweetest sleep. Clearly evil spirits dey ooo.
