I think creating a methodology, or an experiment to test for the existence of God is required first.

This is an interesting topic.
So let's start with what are the properties imbued on to God? let's take the Islamic God or the Abrahamic God in general.

Most of the properties of this God can not be tested nor observed like the creation of the universe, man and others of this kind, except for that the Abrahamic faiths say that this God does intervene in the life of man and the workings of the universe by things like the answering of prayer, to miracles with numerous accounts in the Torah, Bible and Quran in the past. So this means if he has done it before it is more than possible he can do it again.

So my experiment would be this if it is in anyway possible to achieve. Gather a large number of devout believers and worshippers of the specified religion or from all the religions maybe a hundred to a couple of thousand men, women and children from selected from different places. Have them pray for a specific decided upon thing to happen at a specific time like for example a dead person to rise, or something as simple as for a specific car or an object to defy gravity to float 10 meters above the ground for 10 seconds. These are things his done before according to the books resurrections and flying carpets.

A prayer of a 100 or more people including women and children all in unison, I think no deity that prides them selves in answering prayers and their abilities would surely ignore such a thing.

This is my idea, not a fleshed out one, but here it is.

I don't know if your god is your servant but I know that creations do the will of their god, not gods doing the wills of their creations.
