What's the use of that "intro" page?

Why take someone to a page only to tell him to go "this way". That's insulting and disrespectful in my opinion. Why didn't you take the person straight to the site in the first place rather than wasting your visitor's time and bandwidth and making him look silly like he was on the wrong direction and you're now pointing him to the right direction?

an option will be to sort whatever beef you have with your present registrar and then do a transfer once the expiry date has been extended by a year. You can however host your site somewhere else while the domain is with its current registrar, you will need to make changes to the nameservers.

They are sending this mail to an email address that I normally pipe to a support system which therefore means any  mails received creates a support ticket, now imagine me receiving such a mail and then a ticket is created and I am being notified on my mobile device.
