true as it is, I've never really given it a thought.
Odumchi you did a nice job and dealt sufficiently with the subject matter.

I do not want to get involved in the tribal bashing that some comments here seem to be in search of but it's good that in a bid to learn from each other we present stable and empirical cases where other cultures are seen to be better than the one presented then we can compare and contrast.

loud mouthed baseless rantings point to nothing but looming trouble and crooked thought patterns.

At least, my old Lion consumes only 70 Litres from Abuja to Enugu (One full tank), about 7k. So I don't think 7k is too much, considering the fun to catch on those hours on the highway. It average 22 mpg on highway.

Not sure when my next trip to East would be. It could be any weekend. I could just wake up one morning, face her nose to East and drive back the next 2 days. I do that often.

At some point while reading, I had lost hope and counted you as one of 'them'. On scrolling down, I saw that not much was left and I decided to finish it up.
I was so vexed I wanted to abandon the thread and open another one to counter it. I had thought and asked myself what blurred people's vision so much that they would not see.

Then you lit up my hope. I smiled to myself. 'He is a good writer with good vision too.

funny though, but have you noticed how the accusation is not that he lied or that he was a bygot but that he was talking too much.

I am off the opinion that the only way to maintain sanity in a world where we are continuously sinking into the abyss of self destruction is to define what is generally acceptable (Yes! to the majority) and stick to it.
there is no way you can please every single member of a society. To preserve our world/communities we allhave to sacrifice something. its the stupidit:y of listening to everybody (both the seemingly sane but actually insane), that is turning the world into something else.

I think you should just allow the chat thread develop. I think I know what ur trying to do but leave the option open. Unless u wanna close down the chat thread and maintain those individual threads that serve as mini chats threads.
