Wow, what a lovely video. Flavour got it right with this one! @dubem lol, that man is quite a character.
Once I met him at a restaurant in FESTAC there it dawned on me that playing a goat to many times has made him a real goat. Check how sane he looked playing those same roles in his early days. He looked saner and was still fun (for those when de watch am sha) |
Flavour killed it here. So colourful I loved the inclusion of Adammma and ote nkwu masquerades. Ibu is just a huge goat. He danced well though. I think am gonna download. In other news Modella Kedu mgbe anyi g'abia lachaa nkwu na ogbunike? |
First off, I'm a sucker for good write ups and I think yours was a good one. You did a nice job. Sincerely, its the first time I'm getting to hear about these young men. To answer your questions I think those guys were heroes. Taking into consideration the brains with which they made those plans am quite sure they knew how odd their chances of being successful was and worse still what awaited them when/if they failed. Yet undaunted, they went ahead. When/if ever we achieve genuine democracy, these guys ought to be named in the 'litany of heroes' who fought for good. Haven said that, let me remind you how a true warrior is not the man that just rushes into battle in order at least to be named amongst those who fought rather he is that man that studies the atmosphere, the prevalent variables, his enemies and their strategies and knows that victory is not achieved only in combat. This is why I want to tell you about a new set of heroes who have seen the futility of combat and rather than die in fool hardy attempts, have decided to like the wood pecker, keep chopping out bits and pieces till that mighty tree falls completly. Am talking about that pharmacist who despite the pressure and monetary gains has refused to sell fake drugs. That lecturer, teacher, examiner that has refused to be paid to leak exam papers, award undeserved marks, allow malpractice in any form. That one that despite the owed arrears and petty salary, is bent on seeing that the students are equipped for whenever/if ever the mantle is handed to them. That police man, lawyer, judge, Lastma officer, FRSC officer, civil defence officer who in his own way will never be paid to look away and let justice suffer in any way. That taxi man that returns the forgotten bags. That man that reports crime... The list is endless. These are the real heroes of our time. They are content with being called cowards and fools but the are in reality, builders in a project so big they cannot fathom its size. We have to stop killing ourselves and going to jail so that we can increase the army of people who will suffocate this corruption. We have shot at it, stabbed it, slapped it and it won't die, lets suffocate it with goodness. Its a longer and more difficult route but potent nevertheless. |
I might not have had any issues with him if this wasn't the wackiest freestyle I ever heard. He should go to wande coal and get some coaching. His personal life is non of my Damn business. |
