About 23 special cast labourers in their groups, positioned themselves around the building as they are pleased for better performance.

In our usual way we took a gauge of 6" transfer it to another end tie a line or rope as a guide for the masons so they will cast the marked area and make sure is same height. After which they will cast up the partition and it goes on like that.... Follow me

Because of the bad road leading to this Amaorji site, I may not use my usual casting equipments and machine because no means to bring them here hence is still raining....

So we continue with the manual concrete mixing method but with pocker or romance machine. We first did the beams and now the slab... This time with more labour because we have to finish the slab the day we started it as usual.

Casting the beams

And after the inspection , we have to close up some block holes (slab and beam cast preparation) one of our directors visited the site for details and more....

However, the Network was too bad that I couldn't communicate this earlier but it's all good.

So we continue with concrete cast, beams and step first and with a smaller aggregate to achieve the best.

When they have concluded with the fitting, I did a final check and inspection after some corrections, I invited my electrical engineers...

For posterity sake internal beam is advised in a large room Or space when decking is involved. It's spacing too is of a higher importance...

Here we use 16mm for all the beams and internal beams, the entire steel rope (rings) are 8mm, while we used 12mm for the slab mat all through. The step is combination of 16mm and 12mm as well...

Nylon mat is highly recommended by me because it helps to prevent leakage during slab/ decking cast and concrete workablity is sure.
