You are wrong the bank has the right to withdraw the money since it is an error transfer. I once had the experience some one made a transfer to my first bank account and my bank had to block me from performing any kind of transaction becos the person that made transfers had laid a complaint to them. My bank have to call me on phone and after asking me some questions I told them that they should transfer back the money to the person that i don't know the person and beside it a wrong transfer.
