With this details you appear to be eligible. Your wife’s age is an advantage, so she should be the PA. With ielts scores of 8.5/8/7.5,7.5/LRWS from the both of you, your crs scores stands at 418.
Yes you can either transfer the POF to her and write an accompanying letter stating the funds are for immigration purposes or leave the money in your account and state in a letter that she has access to it for the same purpose. Either way you are writing a letter.

Please famss!!! I need your advise on if me and my spouse can get eligibility base on this educational Qualification, work experiences and Age for both of us.

1. Age .. 34 years
2. Education Qualification... B.sc Mechanical Engineering
3. Work experience.. over 2 and half years of experience working as Piping Draftman/ Field engineer position for my company( but due to oil crisis in nigeria i lost my job in middle of 2016. Since then i have been involve with supply of building materials and interior jobs) please can i apply stating only my work experience as piping draftman/field Enginer since am no longer working with the company but i have records of my pay slips and bonus payment from project completion and my employment letter as well. Or how do i go about it since I'm self employed now?

My Spouse

1. Age... 29
2. Educational qualification.. B.A philosophy and religious studies
3. Work experiences... 2 years work experience as customer experience management personel (CEMP) with a bank here in nigeria. She resigned in jan 2018 to pursue her own business.

We have started preparing to write IELTS exam in April. Please i want to know if we stand a chance of been eligible with our work experience as stated above, if we are able to get a good scores in our ielts? So we don't waste money time and effort because i'm worried about the whole thing. Can i make her the principal applicant cos of her age? Though i should be the one to show POF... or can i gift her the funds and make her use account as POF? These are questions bothering us and we both need advise on this.

For the ADR I got, I was asked for additional proof of employment for myself employed work. The requested for contract documents, photos, tax returns etc. I was also asked to provide detailed explanation why a certain company was always depositing money into my account. Some few months back, @boss13 wrote extensively here about what documents you should submit before for your proof of employment.. I mocked him, I was asked for those documents exactly has he said it. I am sorry for my actions. Please go through his TL for those documents. London is not a joke. The trauma is intense. I am on different whatsapp group and the agitations are very intense. Try your best to submit those documents. Documents I submitted for my self employed work includes contracts, cac document, lirs tax card, ID cards, call cards, bank statement highlighting payments for the contracts I submitted, screen shots of official emails, practice licence, receipts and invoices

I have been at this journey since 2015. If you go to the first thread, first few pages, you will find me there. It has been a surreal experience but I thank God it ended in praises. I wish you all the best of luck

IQAS assessment long journey that started on 30/10/2017 ended yesterday 27/01/2018.
The long waiting worths it as it was compensated by IQAS in the Law degree assessment as first professional degree which WES had assessed as four bachelors degree.

Bros you can use 25% of your pension to COMPLETE your POF. You cannot use all your pension as it’s only 25% available to you 4 months after retirement. Search for yimiton’s posts on part 2 thread and see how she included it. You can also check page zero on this thread and part two thread, you will see links answering this question.

Bros, there is absolutely nothing complicated in ur matter. Submit work reference of the job you worked in for 5years am sure that’s the one you gained points for right? Your self employed job, kindly move to personal history post-ita. I don’t know how you want to tackle the new job thingy maybe someone can respond but I think you can move to personal history too.
Yes you can get 100% of your gift deed from your father. Just type gift deed on the search bar and see what people who have used it had to say.

I have a complicated case, please help. Got ITA last week.
My concern is my Work experience & proof of funds. My NOC for EE was 1215 - Supervisor Supply Chain, tracking & Scheduling of which I have 5years experience in. but I lost my job January 2017 & became self employed since then, it is my company and it is registered.

My question is this, do I need to submit references for my self employed job? Most of the jobs I did during this self employed period were not documented, (they were german-german) so I may not be able to get bank references, invoices & transaction receipts etc to upload online on my profile. If I leave it out and base my ITA document work references on my NOC selection for ITA alone, is there any implication in doing that? Meanwhile, my EE profile reads my 1year self employed job and the 5years NOC 1215.

Furthermore, I just got a new job to resume 1st week in January 2018, do I need to update this new role in my ITA profile before I submit? The issue is that I only have the employment letter and cannot go to ask the HR of this new establishment for additional reference to Canadian immigration, I am just resuming there and do not want to raise any red flag or risk losing this new managerial job.

For Proof of funds, is there any harm in getting 100% gift as proof of funds from my father? I know gifts are allowed by my concern is the 100% of the funds because due to the job loss, my 6months statement can not make sense.

Please respond please, please, please. I plan to submit my ITA profile by January ending

Since you filled it, you would be required to submit reference letter for her. But you can go back and edit, to save ur spouse stress. Fill none but post ITA include it in personal history.

Hi guys, I was filling the express entry profile and it prompted me to fill spouse work experience. I thought spouse work experience don't count, why then should we now fill it? Will they ask for reference letter for it since I filled it or should I just go back and remove it? I have submitted already.

To God be the Glory! Don’t question anything that has happened so far. Just see it as God’s perfect timing. In my case I sent my transcript through EMS because I didn’t want to pay DHL. That was 3rd of August. That’s how according to them their cargo plane spoilt in Amsterdam n my transcript was grounded there for 5 good weeks. The annoying thing is they didn’t even inform customers until I started calling and mailing . My document eventually reached iqas sometime late September. Should have gotten eca earlier, entered the pool and gotten ITA but so many other things wouldn’t have been ready. Eg. POF. That everything is happening now is God’s timing. So just go with the flow. Your testimony is around the corner.

IQAS sent my wife's second email on 18/12/17(our wedding anniversary) after three days that the first mail was received on 15/12/17 by contacting them via the email address you disclosed.
Who knows if I had not sent them that mail on 14/12/17 perhaps I would not have received any mail from them by now.
