Vigilante is real o. Even with breast pump i still have to wake up at least once to breast feed.

But i still prefer this phase to my pregnancy journey. Lol

We definitely need to stand in gap for out homes and especially as wives/mothers be on guard spiritually.

I still do vigilante , it's fun getting used to this routine vigil for a year/year plus.

Make I rant small

Went to the clinic for family planning, after plenty talk during counselling, I made a choice (implant-implanon). Went into the mini theatre, washed my left hand, as in from shoulder down, laid on the bed. The nurse started by drying and cleaning the area, I was given an injection to numb that area. Didn't really look at the process sha, but she pierced through and inserted the stuff. When she finished, she asked me to feel the stuff inside, which I did. Then she cleaned me up and bandaged the area. Was told not to scratch. Good and fine I obeyed o. After 3days, I removed the bandage, no bleeding or redness and no puss, I pass o. 1 week after, I went for checkup, lo and behold, they couldn't find the thing in my hand o, na serious matter o, all the nurses on duty came and was pressing my hand. Was told to go and come back in January. Is it right? And to call them anyday I feel the stuff. Left, then the next day AF appeared but not in full force sha, for 6days now, although the quantity keeps reducing everyday. Abeg where the implant go hide? Did it disappear? Dh has refused to even touch me to avoid stories that touch.

I am actually hearing it hid for the first time, it's not something that can swim nah ( I just checked mine to confirm it's still there,haven't consciously checked in months).

Maybe it is amongst your muscles ,am certain it will show up.

You aren't to do the do till 7 days after( so I was told)

Did you do any strenuous activity for the 7 days after the implant? No liftings, no washing, nothing

I was told not to do nadda with the left arm after the implant for 7 days.

For AF, I only saw light ones for say 2 days and since November 2015 till date, no AF.

Lemme do more research, we learn daily.

Abeg do you people remember those unruly kids i complained about that usually scatter my house and give me stress?

One of them almost injured my baby yesterday.

Na me even use my hand find trouble. We sprayed insecticide in our house and because of the smell, i took Hansel to their house.
When i got there, the mum asked to carry Hansel.
One of the kids first of all pushed his bed away and wanted to use it as playmat. I took it away from him.

The next thing, he picked up a big slippers from the floor and threw at Hansel who was on the mum's leg. It barely escaped touching him.
The mum told him to stop jokingly. But my eyes were already on alert cus i know how unruly the kids are.
The next thing he hit Hansel's leg and everybody shouted at him to stop. Hansel started crying.

Just when i was about saying let me take Hansel and leave their place, the boy ran to where the mum is and dragged hansel's cloth very hard. Hansel started screaming. That's when i lost it and didn't know when i slapped him in presence of his mum, took my baby and left their house. I had to breastfeed Hansel to stop him from crying.
The mum felt so ashamed and flogged the boy.
But nothing will make me take Hansel there ever again or even allow those kids come to my house.
She usually brings them to my place when they are crying that they want to stay with me, but e don end.
Because if because of them anything happen to my Hansel, i fit kill person o

Mother's instinct never fails, thank God you were on guard.

Funny enough, their mum might still bring them to your place.

Have not had my menses since the implant and you know how people talk that its either one adds weight/looses when one does family planning.

I had my first and second babies close together, so in order to avoid another story that touch decided to go for family planning, left arm implant to be specific. After the implant i started having excema breakout, serious one,all over my face and body, even my baby that am breastfeeding has started having it too. I went back to complain and was told to get excema cream. Pls help,anyone that has experienced this shld pls tell me what you did. I later read thats one of the side effect of implant.

I think it's your body's way of reacting to the implant.

I'm also on the same implant, the reaction for me is weight loss ( and slight headache which isnt all the time)so I have to up my food intake.

As you said it's one of the side effects, what else can you look into to use especially cos of your baby? If the side effects are really bad such that it doesn't improve after six months, talk with your doctor about switching to something that works better for you. Just make sure to stay protected by starting a new method immediately.

I would suggest also checking other natural things to use to clear it

I opted for the implant( implanon and nexplanon) only because that option was good to me , you can choose what suits you.

God keep your lo's and provide all you need for them( Physical strength, emotional strength, plentyyyyy money , good health, wisdom ati bebe lo). Amin.

On top this birth control matter, nah God plus wisdom:-

DH was against it at first and of course default option is to close shop.

Using withdrawal method( instead of being in cloud 9 , I no go even leave ground because of fear) but, I later sat him down and explained to him and gave him links to read up.

Sharply 8 weeks after I put to bed ,I went for the most suitable option for us and we can move forward in our ministry without fear.

I totally concur with Liftedhands(mum ekene), I generously apply ori when ds had on his face and it clears within the shortest period cos I reapply as often as possible.

I hear it's better than falling ill and signals strong immune system ( grandma tales)

@mitchyy, your blender will do just fine. You only need to add little warm water after dicing to pieces.

liftedhands, I missed ur post but as other mamas have said , ask for God's help. No one knows best how to do things.

I always pray not to be used against myself,husband,son and my marriage - in the same vein I pray my husband is not used against himself, myself, our son and his marriage and finally my son isn't used against himself,his mum, his dad and our marriage.

Someone said men are revolved by three things eida women, partying or drinking but women is most paramount.

The home is where good things emanate from, let's war in our homes with prayer , love and support.

May God help us all, we all are learners and we would never graduate from this school called Marriage.

Try baby led weaning: i.e. cut up the food into small strip pieces and give him. At that age everything goes into the mouth anyway so he should gradually start tasting food small small. Then keep trying to spoon feed him

It will be messy but its worth a try. Just make sure you are there with him to monitor he is not stuffing his mouth and to prevent choking.

Also try feeding him from your plate when you are eating. Children have longthroat like that.... some will rather eat from your plate than have their own plate.

Na hand, leg and teeth my lo uses to struggle my food with me if i carry her while eating!!!!

We are taught to pray so we won't pray.

My suggestion:-

I believe in prayer of agreement just like prayer Monday but let's take it further even if this is a faceless forum.

For the purpose of this forum, each month's captain can liaise with its members to choose any time of any day of the week to practically pray together e.g on Monday @ 1:15 pm , this means every team member at that said time is praying( it could be that the time meets us in times we have our hands full but, like tallgirlslim said, you can pray anywhere and yes God hears. It doesn't have to be long but the fact that it is done in unison, old team members can also pray along for those ttcing, pregnant and even their own children and family in all. For example, i'm teamseptember2015 so I join teamseptember for every year till
my next bumping journey.

Our ttc sisters can key into this and join whichsoever month they want in FAITH.

Nevertheless, let's try our best to make our DH our prayer partner for our home, may God help us and attend to our needs.

Its Okababa he enjoys taking, purity and co purees na by force maybe 2 spoons patapata , I just use style to mix with his pap and add powdery protein formula.
