Please I need your intervention concerning a purchase from JUO. I have transacted with him few times successfully until recently that he stopped picking my calls while we still have a transaction not concluded yet to my detriment.

I bought 2 units (12v 190ah) of used batteries from him barely 4 months @ 80k each for a client on 1 Sept, 2017, I planned buying new but he was able to convince me that these batteries are better than the new ones I wanted to buy, so I opt in for his option and he promise me a guarantee of 6 months if client discharge 50% only. I paid him and he supplied the batteries to me, few days after installation we were chatting and he asked if he has a solar system installed and I said NO... he said that's bad o, he barely gives people warranty with no solar and I told him this client lives in an estate with about 20-24hours power supply daily, he's only trying to make sure he covers up his 24hours power supply always, that's why he's getting it and there won't be a problem concerning charging of the battery but I will persuade him to do solar, that's all.

I can't force money out of the client's pocket likewise you didn't base your warranty on a condition before you sold it to me, it was after you sold it you were talking that condition... and that's not a goal to me, even batteries perform well without a solar system, so not a solid criteria.

About 2 weeks ago, the client called me that some liquid came out of the battery terminals the previous night and he's been observing for about 4 days that battery barely last 30minutes from the previous 9 hours it's used to. I went there 2 Sundays ago to inspect the batteries and the terminals are dried, i didn't see any vivid traces of water and I met battery fully charged, so i disconnected the grid supply to see how long the battery will last and behold, less than 20 minutes it started alarming and 3 minutes after, inverter went off.

I informed JUO and he said he can't be responsible for total refund (even tho that's not conditionally stated in his warranty, what he told me then was he will replace if battery is default) and now he said he can only give a discount on another purchase.

Client said he's never going to buy used again... Poor experience for me as well.

His discount was client is to pay #130,000 for 2 brand new Mercury 12v batteries. Client insisted on #100k because he can't lose such money within that short period. And I had to come in just to protect my integrity, I agreed to pay #30k from my wallet.

Client called me yesterday that he's ready for the purchase. And I informed JUO and since then he has refused to answer my calls, nor reply my text and whatsapp.

So I am begging everyone to implore him to fix this transaction even though I will never have to deal with him ever again. And I am not "mr. dangote" to bear a burden of #100k.

We transact with each other on here most times based on trust, we never meet each other and I do believe everyone has a name to protect, so kindly implore him to do the right thing as agreed... This JUO is a man I have input my words for on this forum for a good services & delivery rendered, so I never expect him to show this ugly side of his to me.

A few months back I started my business with Swiss-Golde.n.

Before I started I decided to find out all I can about the business. I spent about 2 good months doing this. In that 2 months I learnt about the business model, its compensation plan, and the strategy.

I decided to start small. I started with 110k. It started slowly and it was difficult at first. I did not know who to talk to and I was skeptical about speaking with my family and friends. So I started reading a lot of books. I watched a lot of videos and all that stuff.

I decided to create a separate Facebook profile for the specific purpose of prospecting and inviting people on facebook. A I read I started practicing. It was a bit awkward at first but with time I started to get a hang of it.

As time went by I was able to bring in people and break my table. I was so elated when this happened and I was encouraged to start a higher table. I wasn't too sure about it because I felt 400k was too much to ask people to bring. At any rate I started it. As I went on I discovered that the same effort it takes to bring people on 110k is also the same for 400k. At any rate I broke the 400k table too.

Unfortunately though I have heard about many people who joined the business and have various forms of sad tales to give. Every tory line I hear differs from one another but I discovered that all this stories had ONE THING IN COMMON They wanted to gain success through the backdoor.

I will explain.

You see to do this business you must observe 2 rules.

1. You must enroll at least 2 people directly under you.

2. You must complete your table of order.

This 2 rules are ABSOLUTE. If you break either one of them, you will earn ZERO.

However, certain group of people came up with a strategy. Instead of starting a table with the Company's recommended price, they jacked up the price. So for instance the 110k table......instead of starting with 110k they ask you to start with 140k or 170k. The reason they do this is because they will look for you 2 referrals for you. The extra fee on top of the recommended price is their charge for helping you do that.

Now what happens is that a lot of people would naturally gravitate towards this type of plan. Join our company with this amount and earn this amount in x period without lifting a finger. As long as the person using this strategy is able to manage expectations and deliver strategically, there will be no problems. The problem starts when the person becomes too greedy and takes on too many people at one time. It then becomes difficult to manage all their expectations at the same time. As a result some people will feel left out because they were not properly carried along.

Now to be sure, the company has no hand in this strategy. Infact if the company becomes aware that a partner is employing this strategy, his business is immediately terminated. No questions asked.

If you decide to play by the rules its going to require a lot of heavy lifting. However if decide to take the short cut, not only will you be limiting your earning potentials, you would risk being frozen out.

I hope I have been able to clarify certain thing. Swiss-Golde.n is not a scam. It is a legitimate business with a track record of success. Its a matter of carrying out your own due diligence before starting out.

Finally i have something to report on my setup. I have changed the Master CC to Magnum PT100 CC. I have also changed my cable to 16mm tiny flex. I got a fairly used Magnum 4.3kw inverter as well. My daily harvest improved from 6.1kwh in November to 14kwh in January. Although weather may have played so part in the increment. I believe that the new charge controller and cable change play significant role
