The US president says he needs a full report into the demise of the journalist to be released.

The US President, Donald J. Trump noted he was briefed on a “vicious and terrible” audio recording of the killing of the Saudi Arabian journalist, Jamal Khashoggi, but won’t listen to it.

He noted that he needs a full report into the killing of the Saudi Arabian journalist to go on air by latest Tuesday.

According to The Washington Post, for which Mr Khashoggi was a columnist, the CIA found that 15 Saudi agents flew on government planes to Istanbul and carried out the killing at the Saudi consulate on 2 October.

A bus driver and his conductor fights dirty inside a gutter over payment in Lekki, Lagos.

The fight allegedly had to do with grievance over payment and it took place yesterday along the Lekki – Victoria Island expressway.

Boko Haram Attacks four Villages and IDP Camp In Maiduguri

Boko Haram attacks four villages to include Kofa, Mallumti, Ngomari, Gozari and IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) camp in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State.

Many people were killed in the four villages that were attacked by boko haram terrorists, just as many villagers fled to the Dalori IDP camp for safety.

The Nigerian Army in a statement, confirmed the attack. The Army also said that one civilian was “found dead”.

Northern Youth Leaders Forum asks Atiku to Reconsider His Choice of Running Mate

The group sent Atiku a terrifying message which was captioned “drop Obi or lose”. The youths declared their demand at a meeting on Monday with Ex-President Obasanjo who is Atiku’s godfather.

They asked Atiku to review the choice of Obi, if he hopes to earn supports from the North. The group, which is comprised of 46 members in the North, threatened to mobilize its over six million members against the PDP and its presidential candidate, if Atiku failed to take its advice.

The national chairman of the group, Comrade Elliot Afiyo, who spoke on Tuesday in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, after a meeting with former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Monday night, claimed that the body had been instrumental to the electoral victories of successive presidents since 1999.

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen dies of cancer at age 65, his family and Vulcan Inc., which was founded by Allen, said in a statement on Tuesday.

Vulcan Inc said Allen died from complications of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in Seattle, hailing him as a “noted technologist, philanthropist, community builder, conservationist, musician and supporter of the arts.”

Allen’s sister, Jody Allen said that her brother “was a remarkable individual on every level.”

“While most people knew Paul Allen as a technologist and philanthropist, for us he was a much loved brother and uncle, and an exceptional friend,” she said.

Allen created Microsoft with his childhood friend Bill Gates in 1975.

The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abia State comman, has confirmed that 19 persons died on Friday’s pipeline explosion that occurred in two villages in Osisioma Local Government Area of the state.

Mr Benito Eze, The state Commander of NSCDC, confirmed the number of casualties to newsmen in Umuahia.

Eze said that 16 persons, which included a woman, died in the explosion that occurred around 2.47 a.m at Umuaduru Village in Umueze Autonomous Community.

Narrating the incident, Eze, said that he visited the scene around 4 a.m., describing the incident as unfortunate.

He also said that the Umuaduru incident happened about the time where some youths in the area were collecting petroleum products from vandalized pipelines.

19 people have been reportedly killed in Ariri Village, Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State by suspected fulani herdsmen.
