seanet01: So you did not know that their are also air borders?
Fact was biafra was trying to fly over another peoples territory and got dealt with
You are showing off a typical Nigerian intellect. It is call the might is right. When did Biafra territory become Nigeria’s enclave during civil war?
Politics › Re: Culpability Of Biafran Leaders In The Death Of Millions Of Children by Duru1(m):
Standing5: Duru1, is it a crime to block ones own territory? If the Biafrans are claimimg not to be part of Nigeria, was Nigeria suppose to open its borders to Biafra? Self preservation is commonsense bro . . . Biafra should have tried to out Cameroun asan alternative source of bringing in her supplies but we all know the reputation of Biafrans in the eyes of Camerounian, especially the southern Camerounians.
I guess this same reputation Bakassi was ceded to Cameroon. Believe me; I never expected less than a jaundice illogical conclusion from a typical Nigerian. Only a jackass will blockade his\her own territory as you have moronically insinuated.
can you please preach to this malnourished negro how well fed biafrans lost their savings

"biafran soldiers and leaders diverted foodstocks designated for relief and refugee shelter and sold it in market.....".
wtf does this have to do with blockade or no blockade? huh
When your godfather aka Awolowo changed Nigerian currency in 1967, it was the point Biafrans lost their financial savings.

It is true that stupidity can not be fixed. If I may ask, which feedstock and market were you blabbing about? The planes trying to smuggle food and medicine in the Biafra and markets were constantly harassed by Nigerian MIG flown by Egyptians.

Anybody who reads the silly threads accredited to you on this forum should realize you are inherently clueless what blockade means.
Politics › Re: Culpability Of Biafran Leaders In The Death Of Millions Of Children by Duru1(m):
It is only in the goofy world of one idiotic Olufemi Sogunle that blockade is not considered a deliberate action. If I say Olufemi Sogunle is starkly ignorant in the act of warfare, it is a mere compliment. Only a fool such as Olufemi Sogunle will accept foods from an enemy who wanted nothing less than annihilation of an opponent. No wonder Oyo Empire was relocated from northern region of Nigeria to southwestern region of Nigeria, thanks to certain people including Afonja.

Why goofy Olufemi Sogunle seemed twisted out of human form by innocuous statements credited to Azikwe and Onyeama, the bigot felt at home with statements such as dipping Quran into Atlantic Ocean ceremoniously owned by Bello and Balewa.

At least, the drunken jackass agreed the total blockade of Biafra and change of Nigerian currency, the acclaimed brain children of Awolowo, bit hard on Biafra’s effort to prosecute the war, another malnourished disciple such as Negro_nuts thought they were the reasons Ndigbo lost their financial savings.

Nigerians are funnily funny. Nobody can be at the two ends of the stick at the same time. It is either you are poor or rich. One poster alluded that her mother is a linguistic expert and full of intellectual wits yet never set foot in Aso Rock or government house in Awka. In the other hand, Mrs GEJ is not an expert linguistically yet finds herself in the corridor of power in Nigeria.

I guess it is called diversity.
Politics › Re: Happy New Year To Eze Igbo Gburugburu Of Nairaland And Eze Nwanyi. by Duru1(m): 2:20pm On Jan 11, 2013
I never thought to witness this degree of recklessness and display of stark ignorance from supposedly Igbo peep. Who the hell is pure Igbo or not? People should be careful when they tread on certain historical postulation. I hope Nri Priest should be guarded when making public statements about certain people especially about ancestry. A school of thought informs us that Nri might have something to do with Igala.
This is to wish the 2013 Eze and Eze Nwanyi gburugburu of NL a happy new year.

May I recommend that you increase your visibility and participation in the politics section and give the appropriate face to Ndiigbo and her causes. Your leadership is needed as some wayward folks will soon control the agenda, if you do not.

Dalu o.
I guess the visibility you give to Igbo causes can be regarded as inappropriate even with your pseudo-Igbo identity. By the way, cheers you expunged yourself from the bands of wayward.

If Soludo has a question to answer, he, Soludo, should be invited for questioning by the appropriate quarters. It is a shame that tribal bigots from certain area of Nigeria are trying very hard to drag tribalism into the alleged arrest of Soludo. After all, people have gone from prison to great things in life.

Ngwakwe: What will you do since Imolites are madly in love with him and will do everything to secure his government.

Remember, power belongs to people and politics is a game of number.
Only the strata of Imo State goons are madly in love with a street thug such as Rochas Owelle Okorocha. No, power belongs to goons when the majority in a democratic system of government is bunch of id.iots.

jumobi1: How is someone "a dumb" when YOU can't detect sarcasm?
Duru1 was obviously criticizing Rochas. Smh
Bros, please do not pay any mind to the jackass. I do not think it is wise to consider every stiff that navigates to this forum as an embodiment of average IQ.

I guess the dumbest jerk on this thread is you who, beyond the wildest of imagination, could not strike a difference between sarcasm and pleasantry.
Politics › Re: Biafra Group Sues FG Over Abandoned Property And Others by Duru1(m): 3:57pm On Jan 10, 2013
DeCleff: Yes but we the Ikwerres also benefitted from it.
I guess one of the benefits Ikwerri reaped from the abandon property saga is alienation of Ikwerri people from the fold of their ancestral brethrens. I could not believe there is day in my life when an Okirika peep is granted more befitting homage than Ikwerri peep in Igbo land.

My people say it is better for a man to go empty stomach and got home safely than to be belly-filled only to succumb and die a miserable death on the road. Nigeria is a journey and folks from Bakassi are in good position to elaborate.
Politics › Re: Biafra Group Sues FG Over Abandoned Property And Others by Duru1(m): 3:10pm On Jan 10, 2013
chrisxxx: The Ikwerreman did not declare abandon property. And those Ibos that genuinely owned land came back and inherited it after the war. People who lost their property were those who out of the overzealous dominance of the Ibos cheated the Ikwerres on their land. The Chief Judge was Ibo, police Ibo everything Ibo. Where are u taking your complaint to if not to suffer it and pray to Almighty for Liberation? The civil war answered the prayers of the Ikwerreman. If need be we will still declare abandon property.
The above post is written out of sheer stark of ignorance. What a drooling fool. There was nothing about Ikwerri as a sub-ethnic group in Nigeria before the war. The reference of liberation in the post reminds me about the silly ramblings of Asari-Dokubo today. I guess his latest denunciation of Nigerian citizenship for Republic of Benin is a classical example of liberation to certain imbecilic jerks in the cesspit called Nigeria.

Please you can accuse an Ikwerri person of anything but certainly Abandoned Property. The abandon Property saga in Rivers State was spear-headed by northern and western political elites under Gowon’s administration, Ken Saro Wiwa, Diete-Spiff and Ijo.
OK!!! WHAT WORK HAS ROCHAS DONE IN IMO STATE PLEASE?! List them.. I have asked so many Rochas supporters this and they never seem to have any answers..
Did you not see the ribbon-cutting ceremony photographs of sold ADAPALM posted on this forum by one of the malnourished praise singers of Rohas Owelle Okorocha? The only visible achievements of Rochas Okorocha are the selling off profitable Imo State parastatals to his fronts. In addition, he has introduced the culture of panhandling in Imo State which he leant in northern region of Nigeria as a toddler.

obicentlis: Haters go kiss high tension cable. IMO MUST BE BETTER!!!
I guess the act of kissing high voltage cable is reserved for deluded suckers such as you. Everybody wants good things to happen in Imo State except the deluded and blind praise singers. I hope the magician in Rochas Okorocha will have a change of the mind.

By the way, if Rochas Okorocha is a goal getter or average manager as his loudmouthed praise singers would want us to believe, he should have steered ADAPALM to fame. Instead he went for quick cash to fill his pocket.
Politics › Re: Rochas Revives Imo Palm (pictures) by Duru1(m): 10:10pm On Jan 05, 2013
obicentlis: You are the one telling lies here. Though Rochas is owing me bt am gonna say the truth. He didn't sell Adalpalm, he lease it out for 15years to Roche group from Ireland. The coy will build 305 European standard primary schools in all the INEC electoral ward in Imo state. Stop these lies abt Rochas plz. Get the fact bf speaking . Appreciate gd thing for once. In fd accounts of Imo state, Adalpalms does not remit any kobo since years. It is used to compensate political godfathers. Rochas said NO. Where is the man at fault now? To compensate it to a godfather or lease it out. Which is the best?
Can you just listen to yourself? If you think Roche is an alms giving outfit, I suggest you seek admission in a hospital nearest to you. Before Roche got into any form of agreement, it knows it will cover whatever expenses expanded to acquire ADAPALM including your goofy story of building 305 European Standard Elementary Schools in every electoral ward in Imo State as well as profit. Some folks are complete suckers.

Abagworo: You sound bitter to me. Are you Ohakim? The picture I showed is something commendable. Ohakim could not do it neither could Udenwa. As for pictures, I've posted several I snapped in Owerri in other threads here on Nairaland. Google is your friend.
Please do not insult my intelligence. Owerre has been in existence before Rochas Okorocha thought of running for any office. Even when he was serving as a butler in Solomon Lar’s office in Jos, Owerre was rocking.

The only thing Rochas Okorocha has accomplished is the ribbon-cutting ceremony of ADAPALM he sold to Roche. It did not take his praise singers time to make it into a life-size portrait and splash it on this forum.
Politics › Re: Rochas Revives Imo Palm (pictures) by Duru1(m): 9:21pm On Jan 05, 2013
Abagworo: You should have known me by now that I criticize honestly and I side no wrong. The quality of the roads are not commendable and I have hammered it severally on Nairaland but the issue is that he transformed a semi-urban to a city in 2 years. I don't know why Imolites are not ready to snap pictures and show us but I will anytime I visit Imo again.
You have not done any justice to the magician called Rochas Okorocha with the pictures you posted since you have branded him the best thing God created after the slice of bread. It is nice to read where you wrote “I don't know why Imolites are not ready to snap pictures and show us”. The reason is not farfetched because there is nothing to snap.
Politics › Re: Rochas Revives Imo Palm (pictures) by Duru1(m): 9:07pm On Jan 05, 2013
Abagworo: I personally stopped to take these pictures. Was actually going to Umudi in Nkwerre LGA. This was June 2012.I believe by now some of the roads should be complete with streetlights.
You are not being truthful to yourself. The first picture in your post just exposed you for what you are-deceit.

I simply demanded the pictures of the so-called wonders performed by Okorocha. Is it too much to ask?

Hype without pictures is delusional
Politics › Re: Rochas Revives Imo Palm (pictures) by Duru1(m): 7:42pm On Jan 05, 2013
Nigerian praise singers are worse than their corrupt leaders. It does not take a lunatic to discern that Okorocha has done nothing in Imo State. If Okorocha has accomplished a jerk in Imo State, knowing the mindset of his deluded praise singers, this forum would have been overrun with pictures of the alleged accomplishments of the deceitful governor.

Ordinary ribbon-cutting ceremony is substantially magnified with an unbefitting photograph. What would have happened if Okorocha has tarred one major road in Imo State? I visited Owerre the last two years yet the passable roads were the roads put in place during the era of Udenwa and Ohakim. There is no new road constructed in Owerre under Okorocha. Sometimes I wonder if the praise singers remember that some of us are able to count. Okorocha is less than two years in office as governor of Imo State and deluded suckers are bidding to turn him into a magician.

MegaMan2020: The Yorubas are miles ahead of Igbos when it comes to international recognition outside of Africa. Most people don't even realize Nollywood is an Igbo thing..They think it's a Nigerian thing. And you know why they don't know it's Igbo? Because Igbos NEVER speak Igbo in their films. They only speak in that silly American accent. When African Americans say they want a "Royal African Wedding" 9 times out 10 they are thinking of a traditional yoruba affair with the attire and all. Yoruba musicians leave Igbo counterpats in the dust and you know it. Who is P- Square outside of Africa? Lol!
MuguMan2020

You are very correct within your lunatic bubble called world. Yet any gathering of Nigerians in USA worthy of mention is led by Igbo peep from the MC to the Chairperson.

MegaMan2020: I'm yet to see an Igbo governer "Refine and Rebrand" an Igbo state let alone Nigeria.
I like the rebranding in Zamfara State where the governor and state are set to “arrange husbands’’ for about 2,000 widows in the state”.

The only states that need rebranding are dust-riding land masses all over northern region of Nigeria.
