No wonder all odechukwu supporters are all mentally misplaced and low grade thinkers just like odechukwu himself..
You are a bloody tribal irredentist who can not reason beyond your dirty nose. In developed countries must of the innovation and grass root technical advancement take root at the agency level. Education ministries are mainly concerned with policies governing schools and curricula.

PART1
You are doing a disservice to your humble self. Anybody with average intellect can obtain these entire transcripts on the platform of public information act.

The Part 1 above is in line with what deputy governor said in his interview that contract was award on the approval and permission of the governor in the absence of deputy governor.

It is funny to ready that so-called governor of the people had planed a trip abroad for medical checkup while fooling Imo State people he had built European standard hospitals in Owerre and Orlu.

This Harold Demuren is a typical paper tiger certain section of Nigeria tends applaud. I have waited to read he redesigned the hangers and upgraded the hydraulic service stations at Nigerian airports. Also that he incorporated technical schools to give young Nigerian engineers a head start on hydraulics and other aeronautic trades. In fact, I have not read any tangible thing he has done as an indigenous engineer to promote growth among young Nigerian engineers in the aviation sector.

Ms. Lucky Lawal, the so-called PM News reporter, should not be in the vicinity where journalists operate. When police instruct you to stop while driving on the road or divert to another road, do you tell them (police) “I will not stop or divert because the road is a public road"?

The Lagos State Police Command PRO's office is assigned to DSP Ngozi and she is the authority in the office. When the DSP Ngozi ordered you, Ms Lucky Lawal, to leave the office, you should have gently left the office if you had intended to abide by the social decorum of your profession.

Maxymilliano: The allegations of financial impropriety against him is already in the public domain, but the substance is lacking in his response. I don't need to be one of the committee members of Imo State House of Assembly investigating the matter to spot this...
Any group of people that have you among them has no reason to lament about electing characters such as Rochas Okorocha and Jude Agbaso as governor and deputy governor respectively.

I shall be bent to the point of breakage to insinuate you read the interview given by Jude Agbaso. One reasonable thing in your above post is the reference about allegation of financial improperity against deputy governor. Granted you know it is a mere allegation, one wonders what constitutes the substance you were on about.

From the interview, I learnt that the company named J-Pros and the boss, Joseph Dina were introduced in Imo State by the governor, Rochas Okorocha. Also, all contracts up to 1 billion naira must be approved by the governor. The state governor issued and gave permission to award the contract to J-Pross.

Jude Agbaso further state while he, the deputy governor, was away in India on state visit, Rochas Okorocha, permanent secretary in the ministry works and commissioner for finance concluded the award of the contract in the tune of 1.5bn naira to J-Pros Ltd.

If I am a dumbass supporter of Rochas Okorocha, I can judiciously conclude the above scenario was true and correct since news media in Imo State had drummed into my ears that all contracts in Imo State were awarded by eagle-eyed governor of Imo State.

looplat: Ibos are always happy to join the bandwagon and declare their region as an oil producing but Ondo state alone produces more oil than the whole of SE and ethnic Ibos in the SS. Edo state also produces more oil than the SE, so why are Ibos always shouting about oil?

We all know that the oil producing areas of both Rivers and Akwa Ibom are not ethnically Ibo. It's time to expose the Ibo myth in Delta state.

The oil producing local government areas are in Delta state are: Warri North and South, Burutu, Isoko North and South, Ughelli North and South, Okpe, Ethiope East and West, Sapele and Ndokwa East and West. Ndokwa people migrated from Benin according to this history and they are no Ibos. The remaining local governments are occupied by Urhobo, Isoko, Itsekiri and Izon.

Ibos where is your oyel?

Maxymilliano: He failed to provide strong rebuttals as to how the contractor got his phone number, visited his private home in the village and in Owerri. Also, he failed to provide any objective evidence as to why a contractor would have his account number, and no evidence contrary to the amount that was allegedly deposited in his account.

This should be the crux of his response and not the diversionary tactics by bringing up issue of power play.

If he was convinced of his innocence, he would not quit, Nigerian politicians dont just suddenly quit.
The above post which alleged the Jude Agbaso has quitted as deputy governor is typical of example of bad habit of taking conjectural craps literally even when they loads of falsehood. That you did not know that Imo state does not have a commissioner for works other than the deputy is nobody's fault but that is the reality. That somebody says Rochas is prudent with the way he pays contractors or award contracts does not mean he is the one directly involved in the contract award, unless you have the bad habit of taking things literally every slowpoke knows what such statements imply. Stop being unneccessarily aggressive before you burst a vain in your needless rage. If yoy have got personal beef with the man, go to government house and squash it na, why the misplaced angerhuh.
If you are not in the bad habit of taking things literally every dullard knows what such statements imply, I should say your indictment of the deputy governor on the allegation that he, Jude Agbaso, collected hush money for contracts awarded by the Rochas Okorocha is moronic. Contrarily, you were either present when deputy governor collected the hush money from the contractors or you are a member of the alleged Imo State house committee that investigated the matter.

Other than the stated scenarios, I can safely say you are one of the loudmouthed and deluded blind supporters of Rochas Okorocha.

I do not give a hoot what the deputy governor represents. Whether he was a commissioner of works or local government, countless news media reports from Imo State included the loudmouthed and blind supporters of Rochas Okorocha had informed us since governor was sworn in that governor is the sole distributor of contracts in Imo State. Why are you so irredeemably and moronically forgetful? During 1964 Tiv riot, Sarduana of Sokoto ordered detachment of soldiers from 1st Brigade, Kaduan under Lt Col James Pam, a Tiv, to deal with Tiv rioters ruthlessly. In fact, the Tiv rioters were dealt a severe blow by the soldiers under the command of a fellow Tiv.

However the same case was different when 1st Recce under the command of Major Chris Anuforo was sent to finish the job. Instead of harshly dealing with Tiv people, the Major dealt with NPC supporters mostly Fulani and Hausa, an action that prompted a heated argument between Sarduana and Major Anuforo. Subsequently, Sarduana used his influence to get 1st Recce commander Major Chris Anuforo replaced with Major Hassan Katsina.

Politics › Re: North Shops For Vice-Presidential Candidate by Duru1(m): 11:37am On Mar 10, 2013
Laalamed: Prominent Northern politicians have launched a search for a vice-presidential candidate to be the running mate of the region’s consensus candidate during the 2015 presidential election.

Sources privy to the plan told SUNDAY PUNCH on Friday that the yet-to-be chosen consensus candidate and his running mate would contest on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.

SUNDAY PUNCH’s investigations showed that power brokers from the North had already penciled in the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola; his Edo State counterpart, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole; and Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State.

A highly-placed source in the APC, which is expected to be the main challenger of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party in 2015, confirmed that the three governors were on the list of candidates but they had not been approached.

The source who pleaded anonymity because he was not authorised to speak on the matter, said the ideal vice-presidential candidate must be a “young progressive.”

“It is true we are looking for a suitable vice-presidential candidate from the South, particularly the South–West, because unless something dramatic happens, our flag bearer is coming from the North.

“The overwhelming thinking among members of the coalition is to have a young progressive, preferably one that has a track record of performance, for the post.

“As for the presidential candidate, everything being equal, we should know who the candidate is soon.

“For now, we have not yet agreed on who it should be but I can tell you Fashola is one of them, however, we cannot take a final decision on this until we are able to get leaders of his primary constituency to agree.”

The source also said, as part of its back-up plan, the governors of Edo and Imo States were also among those being considered outside of the South- West.

The Convener of the Concerned Northern Politicians, Academics, Professionals and Businessmen, Dr. Junaid Mohammed, on Friday evening, also confirmed that the North was seeking a vice-presidential candidate in the South.

He said, “In the event of the presidency returning to the North, the issue will be who will deliver the votes from the South for the prospective candidate from the North.

“As I see it, the only person I see who can do it is from the South-West even though the South-West has its own challenges. Challenge number one will be to bring out a candidate from the Christian North who will now peer up with a likely candidate who will be from the South-West. Fortunately or unfortunately, the South-West is not terribly obsessed with matters of religion.”

Speaking through one of his aides, Okorocha on Friday said the 2015 election was not on his mind.

“The issue of 2015 presidency is not on my agenda now,” he said.

Okorocha, who spoke to SUNDAY PUNCH, through his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Ebere Uzoukwa, said he was committed to building a strong national party with the capacity to address the leadership problems facing the country.

Uzoukwa said, “He already has a burden of justifying the mandate freely given to him by Imo people, by ensuring that they enjoy the dividend of democracy under his administration.

“Gov. Okorocha has always maintained that politics remains a process of assuming power and hence that is done, it should be discarded for development to take place.

“Even the dirty politics being played by the bad losers and enemies of democracy in Imo State and Abuja will not deter him from delivering good governance to the people through his well-thought-out programmes.”

Fashola through his Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Lateef Ibirogba, also refused to confirm that the governor was being considered for vice-president in 2015.

“Governor Babatunde Fashola has a four-year mandate and he has done only two. He should be allowed to focus on that instead of us to start talking about the vice-presidential slot. He has a lot of things to do for the people who elected him. He must not be distracted so that he can deliver what he promised.’’

Also, the Chief Press Secretary to Oshiomhole, Peter Okhiria, said he was not aware of the development. ‘‘I do not know anything about that. I am not aware,” he said.

Similarly, the National Publicity Secretary of the Congress for Progressive Change, Mr. Rotimi Fashakin, was hesitant to confirm the North’s search for a vice-presidential candidate.

He said the APC would cross the “bridge” of candidacy when it got there.

“When we get to that bridge, we will cross it, just like we have crossed all other bridges that the ruling PDP has told us that we will not cross. We will cross the bridge of the presidential and vice-presidential candidate when we get there.

“Let us not be in a hurry to do this, so that we don’t play into the hands of our adversaries; those who are really disappointed that we have succeeded thus far in our merger arrangement,” Fashakin said.

The CPC is one of the parties that have merged to form the APC. Others are the Action Congress of Nigeria, All Nigeria Peoples Party and a faction of the All Progressive Grand Alliance.
