Some weeks back I complained of my starlink not giving me internet . Starlink just shipped me another brand new starlink to me as replacement kit . I was told to return the old one but I do not understand this their message ,” Please use the pre-paid return shipping label sent in the original return email to return your defective Starlink hardware. Check your email that is registered with Starlink. You will find a dhl waybill label. Print it out and paste it over the original label on the Starlink box.

Once you receive the replacement kit, you will have 15days to return the defective kit to dhl. Failure to do so, will result in a charge to your account equal to the retail cost of the replacement hardware delivered.

First of all, those questions are automated ones, not by a human.

Starlink support could take up to 24hrs or longer to respond.

You are not suppose to close a ticket, always allow support themselves to close the ticket. Closing a ticket suggests your issue has been resolved. Personally, I never close a support ticket even after my issue may seemingly been resolved.

Reopen the ticket and give more context. They will respond in due time.

I don't blame some of these so-called religious leaders. I only blame the fools who keep going to their churches.

It actually requires partnership with telcos, MTN and Co. The only way our telcos would want this initiative is if it allows those customers in unserved areas to be able to make calls using their airtime once they are connected to the Starlink network.
