If you observe well, you will notice that the referee wasn't entirely in agreement that it should be a penalty, you can tell from his demeanor after watching the clip repeatedly on the VAR screen. But because VAR had already called his attention to it, he had no choice but to give it, since VAR believes it should be a penalty.

The reason I don't support these kind of decisions is that it will go round and everybody will be affected if left unchecked.

If I were you, I would ask Starlink support to check my dishy, cable and router. The debug data you see on the app is not comprehensive enough. Even on the Starlink support side, sometimes they check and don't see everything, and would have to escalate the issue to a different department called TSA for comprehensive checks. Once TSA don't see anything, that's it, you are good. TSA is like the last bus stop for checks.
