I mistakenly selected the wrong location during my subscription, which is why I was able to subscribe to a service but wasn't able to use it afterward. Once I selected the correct location where the starlink is mounted , The Service has reaced its capacity .

Although tried switching to other areas, especially residential areas rather than office environments in Lagos, and I realized it would connect. They informed me that the only service plan that would work in my location is the Mobile Priority-50GB plan. I later subscribed to it, and it’s working fine now.

Did you ask them, how come it was available for you to subscribe for, when, according to them, it has reached capacity at your service address? Because, normally, you shouldn't be able to subscribe to a plan that has reached capacity at your service address.

They should provide a solution for you as this error is from their end. Or did you subscribe using a different service address?

Contact Starlink support. They do respond quickly these days, as they now have Nigerian support staff. Let them know that you have paid already.

You can't opt in to roam plan in Nigeria for now, only those who were on the plan will remain on it as long as they don't opt out.

Starlink V4 that has been out since last year is yet to be introduced to the Nigeria market, let alone Mini that was launched recently. Nigeria is not a target market for the Mini.

If you are in Lagos or anywhere that has reached capacity, you can opt in for the Business plan, which is essentially a residential plan with the first 40GB as priority data. It costs 50k though.
