I don't agree with this move. What's wrong with writing to the Prosecutor of the ICC attaching all the evidence, pursuant to the Rome Statute? This is obviously a violation of Article 6 of the Rome Statute. It has absolutely nothing to do with the US.

I have neither used any of the airlines so not sure of their services. But I am proud of Ethiopia airlines, it looks like a well run organization ( considering African and their mostly mismanagement attitudes).

Qatar is not bad either.

But what I find interesting tho is how Nigerian Air is not even fully operational and companies are fighting to be the majority shareholder.

700k was delivered out of 20million. That's less than 5% of the contractual agreement. Jonathan presided over the FEC meeting that awarded the contract. He ordered the ministry of finance to release N5billion for the project. He should have put in place mechanism to ensure that the program was fully delivered and implemented as approved.

I don't think there should be anyone on Nairaland who should need the 5k. If you can afford expensive data being provided by the service providers, then you are no target for the scheme.

However, the question can be rephrased by asking anyone on Nairaland who has poor relatives in the rural areas who are benefiting from the scheme.

Why should JAMB be making revenue from applicants? It is just immoral. Why not just charge them the cost of running the exams than using students as a revenue outfit? Yet this same ppl would tell cash strapped universities not to conduct post ume so as not to 'exploit' students. At best any proceed from Jamb should be shared for universities across the country. It is simply because of this money they've refused to allow jamb result reusable.
