because that's what i do, and i'm usually (at least 70% of the time) the first person to send request when a new one pops up
if you don't know how to refresh the buyers request portion, without pressing the whole refresh button on your browser, i will teach you
with screenshot, but if you do, use it meticulously, always try to be the first to send request. thats how i got all my orders. Although it's not a guarantee, but it's one step ahead.
