It seems many people here claiming chef pro don't even know the difference between fried rice and jollof rice,
In fried rice no water is needed apart from the water you use to boil your rice before frying it with your ingredient shocked

.
No one here is claiming chef or pro
Drop your own method
Everyone don't use same method

Looks Yummy! Thanks for the timely response.

Questions:

1. Why the use of foil/nylon and does it make a difference?

2. From method 1, is it that you don't season your perboiled rice?
1. Because I don't use much water, the foil/nylon will help soften faster.

2. Nope, just the white rice (I am not a salt person too)

Please who can give me a tried and trusted fried rice recipe. The 2 times I made it they weren't really nice, and didn't have that unique 'fried-ricey' taste and colour. I want to make
.. Dyt.. Those are the monikers I can mention off my head
I have different methods
It depends on the spirit working with me that minute

Method 1
perboil my rice
In another pot I have all the ingredients I wanna add to the fried rice
I fry with either butter or veg oil
Then I add the almost done rice
Stir and cover for a few mins to steam

Method 2
I add water and curry, maggi, salt and oil in a pot boiling
I wash my rice thoroughly
Then add to the water and cover with foil or nylon
While I fry my orisirisi
When the rice is done
I add the fried orisirisi
There you have the fried iresi

except u get ulterior motives undecided
Well
When he abuses me nko
I was mentally and psychologically disturbed
I tried to leave but he wouldn't

I wasn't happy
Hence my frowning all the time
We lived together and it was a tough one

When he calls he feels the vibe at the background, he waits for me to get home to start asking why I am not happy at home and when I tell him, he starts to cry and pounces on me for not being happy with him

I was strong enough to walk away

This is a western ducked mentality

Lovers should own each other

We all know too much of something is bad

There is a reason it’s called opposite sex
What happens to making friends with sex of your species?
Eve was made for only one Adam not two

You were not committed to the relationship as he was period save us all the westernized bukum

Stay happy

Come to think of it, I haven't really read/heard of abuse during those times..

Did it not happen?
Then how do these generation of men/women get to that stage?
