Those are the monikers I can mention off my head I have different methods It depends on the spirit working with me that minute Method 1 perboil my rice In another pot I have all the ingredients I wanna add to the fried rice I fry with either butter or veg oil Then I add the almost done rice Stir and cover for a few mins to steam Method 2 I add water and curry, maggi, salt and oil in a pot boiling I wash my rice thoroughly Then add to the water and cover with foil or nylon While I fry my orisirisi When the rice is done I add the fried orisirisi There you have the fried iresi
