I don't like eating outside because of hygiene. I remember the day I saw cockroach in my jollof rice. It reminded me why I vowed not to eat out. I eat out sometimes but my stomach is very precious.

When I see women with kids, I just lock up. It's not their fault because they have to survive but if it comes to bukka, I no de near dem. I once saw a woman wipe her child's bum with water and continued cooking without washing her hands 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

Fast food restaurants live by their name. They give you fast food. E get stage you go reach for life where your mouth cannot take in bad food. Most fast food have been warmed over and over again. They don't have the quality of fresh food when you eat them. Flod restaurants like Jevinik that is preparing food as e de hot, I can eat that one or sometimes Spar or other places where I know they just cooked it


We need food to survive, so cooking is a skill you must learn to survive instead of giving someone outside the job to poison you through food. Food is part of health so I don't play with my health.
