1. I no longer sell Ebooks. In fact the ebook I have for domaining is clearly outdated.


2. As some people know, I occasionally organize a whatsapp training . That is the if I have got the time. Not purposely because of the money. Frankly speaking, domain sales pays most if not all of my bills. Few people know about it here.

Had it been that I am clearly targeting trainings and information selling, I would have opted for a paid adverts which will cover almost all parts of Nigeria but sincerely I don't have time for such and it won't pay me like domain selling. Quote me anywhere.

The whatsapp training can be called off at anytime.


3. I want to empower some Nigerians. Reason for this thread. My whatsapp training is not for everyone. It's just for a serious minded and the hungry to learn folks . If you're proud and arrogant, I will definitely disappoint you.

Previously many Nigerian youths believe that the only way to make money online is by doing some illegal things online, scamming or some sort of impersonation. This thread really go a long way in saying otherwise. Am very impressed.

4. With all these said, I am not against you or anyone trying to sell ebook or organizing a training (seriously many Nigerian needs it because of the government lack of concern) but one thing will be certain; make sure it's working for you, you've sold some domains already so that you will be teaching based on personal experience. Very free to create the awareness of your digital book here.

This is Geo we are talking about. Some of these end users don't even know what EXACTLY domain is, some feel once they have their domain they don't need another (well, they may be right). So people like those, how can u convince them to buy another "website", mind u, u may not be selling them website, but remember they are not as knowledgeable about the issue as u are, so they won't think like u do. So imagine investing your time to build up a mini website, and then they will be Telling u I already have my own website, or even no reply.

It doesn't really matter if he was the previous owner, he might have purchased it then for $8, do u think he will now pay $8k, $5k or even $1k for it? I doubt.

If u wish to contact other endusers, e no matter say mesa get 500k population, one my guy has Mesa/pool/builder and domain still de look am after Various rounds of Outbound. I don't think truck service is a keyword superior to Pool builder. I too have city + flooring, 2 words, about 1m population, alot of endusers still no sale.

Also, Mesa/truck/serviceS, truck/services/Mesa, truck/service/mesa are all still available, anybody can register any of that. So no be like say na only ur domain go work since various alternatives are available.

There are domains that can hit big for u, but only in few cases these domains are geo. For example, etifit that sold flint/pay, that one if he says he will sit on it @ $10k i will strongly support him, those are the types of domains dat can mske u hit big, no alternative, his is .com so he has the king. But your own nam geo ooo, i don already list various alternatives above, all those metrics u are mentioning probably endusers no even know wat it means.

So in conclusion, like my oga AwesomeDuru said, negotiate and bring it up to maybe 350-499 since u are not comfortable with 250$, collect ur 120k+ naira (for 3k naira investment) and move on.

Another thing is that two unregistered names I submitted over a week ago now are still dey pending but one I submitted yesterday got rejected over night

I weep for those my reject names at times

Maybe I should try the option of "either them or myself" registering it or I register "myself" once approved. I think my chances of approval might increase with that option.

Mine was a funny one yet a bit scary to her not me

When I was still serving, the babe was an undergraduate of a university in the town I was serving and her hostel mates were yet to return from holiday, so her entire hostel was quiet and lonely, it's an off camp hostel though, she was scared to sleep alone there cos her voice could echo all afternoon in the hostel coupled with Night crawlers in the hood disturbing people

She discussed that with me earlier on in the day and I agreed based on our paddy parole

Night came and while sleeping about 1am or there about she woke me up with screams of a rat in the room, I think it came in via a little hole in the ceiling coz I had killed one before at night around same time, so it wasn't new to me but "why this night of all night wey babe dey sleep for my room" ?.. I told myself then i told her to relax and not panic that I will kill it, btw the room was dark as there was no light, had to use my torch light to kill the running rat using my jungle boot

Ever since then babe no gree sleep for my room without at least a torch ON or nepa light though she slept in my room for three more days after that incidence.

Whenever I remind her of that, she laughs and tells me of her phobia for rat.
