Mikecold: This Taqiya is never stressed enough, they make us believe it's one Nigeria, It affects everyone too, it's just a few bad eggs, it's not an Islamic jihad war, it has nothing to do with religion, etc Good point. Again, how can Fulani Bororos from Mali, Chad, and Niger come to kill Nigerians in Oyo, and the police never arrested, tried, and sentenced any of them, even ONE? |

Kudejo: CPI doesn't measure the actual corruption in the country it just measures the public opinion on corruption and more corrupt cases have been exposed so people naturally assume that the country is gradually getting worse when it infact it is the exact opposite Your people quoted CPI when GEJ was tackling Fulani corruption, now CPI doesn't mean anything? |

obailala: How exactly does disintegration help the tribes of the north and middle belt that have been invaded and are being pummelled daily by the Fulani marauders? The moment Nigeria disintegrates, the Fulanis would annihilate the entire indigenous tribes in the north and middle belt; the lucky survivors would run down south as refugees... I dont exactly see how that works as a SOLUTION to the Fulani conundrum. That's the tragedy of the Nigerian situation: the bad guys win all the time. |

Difrent: Hmmmm
White men came and deceived southerners that their Traditional Gods were idols and fetish, Christianity is the only true religion...NO PROBLEM
Fulanis deceived hausa to leave their Traditional Gods that Islam is the only true religion ......IS A PROBLEM
SOUTHERNERS with hypocrisy Othman dan Fodio used religion against Gobir Sariki Mohammed Rumfa. Go read history of west Africa, because they don't allow Nigerian history again. |

owobokiri: Jonathan has always been a naive, utterly ignorant political wreck anyways.. So no need here.. He's seen globally as the father of decent democracy in Nigeria, yet he was the one that handed power to a proven jihadist whose segregational and polarising habits were so destructive that his fellow Muslim northern officers had to shove him aside in a palace coup in 1985! Without Jonathan dropping the ball, Buhari wouldn't have been president because there were more than enough reasons to disqualify him, or "out-hussle" him in the election proper! No true patriot hands over the reigns of governance of his country to a platoon of janja-weed upstarts just because you want to be seen as a "peace maker".
Benjamin Netanyahu will never hand over the leadership of isreal to an Israeli Hamas apologist! Kagame won't hand over Rwanda to a Hutu radical! Biden will never hand over the country to an Alqaeda apologist! Putin won't hand over the kremlin to a Chechyan with soft spot for Chechyan separatists! You look for moderates in those areas to work with not allow yourself to be stampeded out of power by a scraggy clan of religious extremists and tribal urchins just because you "don't want blood to be spilled in your name".. Is there any amount of blood that would have been spilled in that elections that would have been bigger than the amount being spilled everyday since then? We're still suffering GEJ mistake today, from all fronts |

Politics › Re: Man & His Sister Denied Entry Into Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Over Dressing by eagleu: 5:51pm On Jan 21, 2021 |
blackpanda: Wrong. Ministeries are not to serve u. They are for administration of the state as a whole. But besides that, discipline must be enforced at all levels. The fact that govt is to sevlrve the people does not give u the right to dress or talk anyhow. Ministers, ministries, presidency, senate, and house of rep are to serve the people. However, if you don't have a minimal educational understanding of democracy to even understand that the sole role of government is to SERVE the people, then I can't even come down to your level of education. |
Politics › Re: Man & His Sister Denied Entry Into Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Over Dressing by eagleu: 5:29pm On Jan 21, 2021 |
gforce5: Don't mind Nigerians. That's how these things start. These things start from schools where they want to control they way you dress and think. From schools to NYSC to where you work to Government Parasitals. By the time you know it, it will be a crime for you to dress casually in public. This is how SARS and other officers of the "law" started their madness. When a government and their agencies ignore huge unemployment, lack of security, good roads, hospitals, food, and basic necessities of life, and begin to focus on how you dress, then you ought to know that there's something wrong, very very wrong. |
Politics › Re: Man & His Sister Denied Entry Into Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Over Dressing by eagleu: 5:18pm On Jan 21, 2021 |
blackpanda: Will u dress for a job interview with tshirt and shorts Will the sister go for visa interview with spaghetti top and jeans Pls not everything is political, dress how u want to be addressed. Wearing shorts and t-shirt is for leisure or when going for recreation, not when u are going to an official function or govt establishment. They obviously can't take u serious. Has nothing to do with religion! When you understand that all the ministries are to serve the people and not the other way round, then you will understand why successful organizations have a welcoming atmosphere unlike your Buhari ministries where road blocks are set up to frustrate citizens from coming to their own ministerial buildings. |
