Politics / If I Was Running For President Of Nigeria, What Would You Want Changed? by easik: 8:03am On Jul 13, 2018
By that I mean what would be your immediate need as a citizen. Please don't go crazy and ask for the whole of Dubai. With realist measures, What are your basic needs? and what will make your life significantly better under a new administration?

Romance / Re: Should Sex Really Wait Until Marriage. A Case For Both Sides. by easik: 12:54pm On Dec 24, 2013
How can you say this is an unbiased article lol. This article is everything but UNBIASED. The first section talks about freedom of sex and then covers it with all sorts of bad karma. But the second part which speaks about abstinence is all nice and dandy right? and you shed more bad spill on those that are sexually active.

I hate to play devils advocate here but I completely disagree with most of the stuff you have in this article. Whatever study you read that basis someone sexuality on their happiness is completely bullshit, I mean seriously? also there's an obvious difference in point of views when it comes to how male and females view sex. We are on complete opposite ends and most people know that. So you didn't mention if the so called study was conducted on males or females.

Personally I don't believe in abstinence before marriage. Matter of fact, I think it is important to be sexually active before committing to anyone for a lifetime. Sex is very healthy when or if you are in a committed relationship, TRUST ME. Having a serious partner and being abstinent is just like being in a prison of your own creation. You are humans and you are sexual beings, don't go against your own nature.

Lastly I will like to address your point about STDs and all the other psychological effects you listed. As an individual, You should know that there is a great responsibility that comes with having any sorts of Rights or Freedom, and that includes sex, it is a freedom and it is your responsibility to keep that freedom by protecting yourself and being smart.

Business / Re: What Do Millionaires See That Others Don't? by easik: 3:00am On Sep 27, 2013
naijacutee: This is so true! The problem is that in Nigeria, we are so risk averse. We would rather use the spare N5,000 to "treat ourselves" to fast food, so that we know we at least "ate the money" rather than know that we used it to test out something that no one had ever tested before. But as soon as someone takes the plunge and proves the venture successful, you see copycats everywhere. I don't know how many Nairaland clones have existed since inception.

I disagree with your statement. I actually think most Nigerians are Entrepreneurial, go to Lagos and you'll see what I mean, everyone is on the hustle. But the problem I see is that Everyone sells the same thing, which makes absolutely no sense, you can go down a whole shopping street where everyone one is selling the same exact good. Also Nigerians NEVER give back to Nigerians. Call it lack of education, call it greed, who knows. As they say every man for himself hehe.

I swear, if i see this spiritual answer again, i go vex ooo

lol vex if u feel now. Sincerely though. I didn't say that to be ignorant. I am well educated and know for a fact that sleep paralysis is real and more common that most people think. But I was simply giving a different option since my guy already diagnosed himself with sleep paralysis. I did the same until I started experiencing something much more out of body. I could be wrong, but I'm just giving a different perspective.

Don't be afraid, this could also be something spiritual, And by that I don't mean a spiritual attack. You may have a gift that's just starting to manifest. In my case, I would see visions while my whole body remains numb. You may want to seek a spiritual leader where you worship (if you worship). I started experiencing this years ago.

Hope that helps smiley

Wait lets think about this guys. If the EU gives the Nigerian government N70 billion to stop the same corruption they control, think of it is as Bribery or blackmail. You know Nigerians love to collect bribe to stir things in your favor. This might just work haha.

Properties / Commercial Office Space Needed. Up To N1,200,000 Per Anum by easik: 9:29am On Jul 04, 2013
Hi,
I've been looking for a suitable office space that can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. I don't need all the extra perks like telephone, secretary, cleaning etc. Just need internet and electricity.

My budget is up to N100,000 per month. I am looking for an "all inclusive" deal with electricity and internet included.

Areas I'm looking at are:

Anthony village
Surulere
Apapa
Ire akari/Okota/Isolo
Shoprite malls
Ikeja

Please let me know if you have or find anything. Thanks.

Ofcourse Nigerian girls still believe in love. Every girl does. But there is love, and then there is everything else. Love doesn't necessarily pay your bills neither does is it guarantee you a financially secured future. In a country like Nigeria where most people are surviving instead of LIVING, people do what they feel necessary to get ahead.
